Abstract:
The objectives of this research were 1) to explore the teaching methods of the meditation teacher of Somdej Phrañānavajirodom (Viriyang Sirindharo), 2) to examine the application method in everyday life of the meditation teacher teaching of Somdej Phrañānavajirodom (Viriyang Sirindharo) at Wat Jetawanna temple , Muang district, Lampang province, and 3) to find out the analysis of strengthening resilience and wisdom of meditation teacher course of Somdej Phrañānavajirodom (Viriyang Sirindharo) at Jatawana temple, Muang district, lampang province. This was a qualitative research using documentary tools and in-depth interviews with 15 key informants. Data were analyzed by descriptive content.

The meditation teacher course of Somdej Phrañānavajirodom (Viriyang Sirindharo) created the course for promoting Dhamma education and Dhamma practice and applied for organization development and institute using three books both theories and practices, including the first volume was to provide the basis of meditation practice, the second volume was to describe the characteristics of concentration both Jhãna and Ñãna, and the third volume was to describe the comparison between Samãtha and Vipassanã by having seven courses, namely (1) Ājāriyasā Samādhi (Intensive Meditation), (2) Chinnaā Samādhi (Self-Conquest Meditation), (3) Vidantasā Samādhi (Wonderful Self-Training Meditation), (4) Nirasā Samādhi (Meditation for getting rid of anxiety), (5) Yuvasā Samādhi (Meditation for Youth), (6) Atthasā Samādhi (Meditation for maximum benefits), and (7) Uttamasāsamādhi (Continuing meditation)
The application of the meditation teacher course in everyday life was based on three virtues as: (1) having compassion for one other, (2) having high responsibility, and (3) being a reasonable person. Which had been applied in life according to the 4 meditation principles causing benefits in six aspects, namely: 1) Physical aspect, those who practiced meditated will have an abundant body, 2) Mental aspect, those who practiced meditation will have a good state of mind, peace and being kind to each other, 3) family aspect, those who practiced meditation will have understanding of others, accepting and listening to other peoples opinions with being love and harmony in the family and being a strong family, 4) Social and community aspects, those who practiced meditation will dedicate themselves, make sacrifices, perform services for the benefit of other, 5) Economic aspect, those who practiced meditation will be simple, conscious, and know the value of things they had earned, and 6) Wisdom aspect, those who practiced meditate will learn and understand the truths of life and improve the mind to have peace and practice for the benefit of oneself and others.
The strengthening resilience and wisdom of meditation teacher course was created power of mind, which will make work successful. If you have a lot of mental power, it will make your work more efficient. The strengthening resilience and wisdom was related to the 4 Bhāvanā principles of meditation that will lead to the realization of 4 values, including 1) the value of creating meditation teachers to teach meditation and propagate Dhamma under the willpower institute, 2) the value of unity caused harmony and support for one other, 3)the value of self-development was to change behavior, be patient, strength and discipline, and 4) the value of mental development was to improve the mind, knowing and understanding according to the worlds truth.
