Abstract:
The objectives of this study were: 1) to study the status of the learning management of education institutions under the Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education Nakhon Sawan Province, 2) to make the strategies for the learning management of education institutions under the Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education Nakhon Sawan Province according to the Iddhipăda IV, and 3) to evaluate the strategies for the learning management of education institutions under the Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education Nakhon Sawan Province according to the Iddhipăda IV.
This research had 3 steps: 1) studying the status of the learning management of education institutions under the Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education Nakhon Sawan Province from 25 key informants with the SWOT Analysis, Semi-structured Interviews and the content analysis for the data analysis, 2) making the strategies for the learning management of education institutions under the Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education Nakhon Sawan Province according to the Iddhipăda IV from 11 key informants with the focus group discussion and the content analysis for the data analysis, 3) evaluating the strategies for the learning management of education institutions under the Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education Nakhon Sawan Province according to the Iddhipăda IV from 11 key informants with the evaluation forms consisting of 4 dimensions: the evaluation of correctness, appropriateness, practicality and utility. The statistics used mean and standard deviation.
The research results were as follows:
1. The status of the learning management of education institutions under the Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education Nakhon Sawan Province found that education institutions under the Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education Nakhon Sawan Province had the status of the learning management in Basic Education Core Curriculum B.E. 2551 (Revised Edition B.E.2555) consisting of 4 aspects: 1) curriculum, 2) styles of learning activities management, 3)educational media, innovation, and technology, and 4) measurement and evaluation.
2. The strategies for the learning management of education institutions under the Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education Nakhon Sawan Province according to the Iddhipăda IV found that the strategies for the learning management of education institutions consisted of 4 aspects in the 16 strategies according to Basic Education Core Curriculum B.E. 2551 (Revised Edition B.E.2555) consisting of 4 aspects: 1) curriculum, 2) styles of learning activities management, 3) educational media, innovation, and technology, and 4) measurement and evaluation.
3. The evaluation of the strategies for the learning management of education institutions under the Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education Nakhon Sawan Province according to the Iddhipăda IV in 4 dimensions and 16 strategies was at the highest level.
