Abstract:
The objectives of this research are: 1) to study the state of teaching and learning in the digital era in Opportunity Extension Schools in Phakhai district of Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya province, 2) to study development methods according to Buddhadhamma principles for teaching and learning management in the digital era in Opportunity Extension Schools in Phakhai district of Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya province, and 3) to propose guideline for development methods according to Buddhadhamma principles for teaching and learning management in the digital era in Opportunity Extension Schools in Phakhai district of Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya province. The 69 populations used in the study consisted of administrators and teachers in Opportunity Extension Schools in Phakhai district and the data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The qualitative data were collected from documents and in-depth interviews with 5 experts and analyzed by content analysis.
The study results showed that:
1. The state of teaching and learning in the digital era in Opportunity Extension Schools in Phakhai district of Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya province in 5 aspects was at a high level overall. The highest level was on teaching and learning management, followed by assessment and evaluation, course contents, teachers, and teaching and learning media respectively.
2. The development methods according to the 4 principles of Iddhipada for teaching and learning management in the digital era in Opportunity Extension Schools in Phakhai district of Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya province are to support teachers to develop themselves, to arrange academic exhibition of teachers, to have field trip study, to invite experts in knowledge sharing, and to apply the four principles of Iddhipada in teaching and learning management.
3. The guidelines for development methods according to 4 principles of Iddhipada for teaching and learning management in the digital era in Opportunity Extension Schools in Phakhai district of Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya province are to integrate teachers, course contents, teaching and learning management, teaching, teaching and learning media, and assessment and evaluation with the four principles of Iddhipada in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness of teaching and learning"
