Abstract: การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพของรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการวัด: กรณีศึกษาวัดกำแพงเหนือ ตำบลบ้านสิงห์ อำเภอโพธาราม จังหวัดราชบุรี (2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการวัด: กรณีศึกษาวัดกำแพงเหนือ ตำบลบ้านสิงห์ อำเภอโพธาราม จังหวัดราชบุรี โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ (3) ศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการวัด: กรณีศึกษาวัดกำแพงเหนือ ตำบลบ้านสิงห์ อำเภอโพธาราม จังหวัดราชบุรี ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี โดยในส่วนของการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือเก็บข้อมูลภาคสนามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นประชาชนในตำบลบ้านสิงห์ อำเภอโพธาราม จังหวัดราชบุรี จำนวน 277 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ได้โดยหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยการทดสอบค่าที ค่าเอฟ วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และในส่วนของการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพมีการวิเคราะห์เอกสาร และใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูลภาคสนามจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 7 รูปหรือคน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยเทคนิคการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาประกอบบริบท ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการวัด : กรณีศึกษาวัดกำแพงเหนือ ตำบลบ้านสิงห์ อำเภอโพธาราม จังหวัดราชบุรี โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.45 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการบำรุงรักษาวัด จัดกิจการและศาสนสมบัติของวัดให้เป็นไปด้วยดี อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.54 ส่วนด้านอื่นที่เหลือ อยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการวัด: กรณีศึกษาวัดกำแพงเหนือ ตำบลบ้านสิงห์ อำเภอโพธาราม จังหวัดราชบุรี โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ เพศ การศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้ มีผลให้ความคิดเห็นของประชาชนที่มีต่อรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการวัด : กรณีศึกษาวัดกำแพงเหนือ ตำบลบ้านสิงห์ อำเภอโพธาราม จังหวัดราชบุรี แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 3. ปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะ พบว่า ปัญหา อุปสรรค ได้แก่ อุปสรรคจากสภาพเศรษฐกิจตกต่ำในปัจจุบัน ผู้บวชใหม่บางรูปไม่เคร่งครัด ขาดการสนับสนุนการศึกษาในระดับสูง และขาดผู้ดูแลรับผิดชอบคลังวัสดุของวัด และมีข้อเสนอแนะ ได้แก่ ควรดำเนินการก่อสร้างเสนาสนะเฉพาะที่จำเป็น เน้นการบูรณปฏิสังขรณ์ที่รักษาศิลปวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น ควรสนับสนุนการศึกษาแก่พระภิกษุ สามเณร ผู้บวชใหม่ให้ได้รับความรู้ทางพระธรรมวินัยและข้อวัตรปฏิบัติ ควรสนับสนุนการศึกษาพระภิกษุ สามเณร และเยาวชนให้ได้รับการศึกษาในระดับสูง และควรจัดบุคลากรเข้ามาดูแลรับผิดชอบคลังพัสดุของวัด

Abstract: The objectives of research paper were: (1) to study the model of temple management: a case study of Wat Kamphaeng Nuea, Ban Sing subdistrict, Photharam district, Ratchaburi province (2) to compare the opinions of people toward the model of temple management: a case study of Wat Kamphaeng Nuea, Ban Sing subdistrict, Photharam district, Ratchaburi province, classified by personal data, and (3) to study problems, obstacles and suggestions of the model of temple management: a case study of Wat Kamphaeng Nuea, Ban Sing subdistrict, Photharam district, Ratchaburi province. It was the mixed research method that the quantitative research used the questionnaire as the tool to collect the data in the field study from 227 people in Ban Sing subdistrict, Photharam district, Ratchaburi province. The statistics were used for the data analysis through frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D.), t-test, F-test, One-way Analysis of Variance and Least Significant Difference: LSD. And the qualitative research had the documentary analysis and interview as the tool to collect the data in the field study from 7 key informants and analyzed the data through the content analysis technique. The research outcome finds that: 1. the model of temple management: a case study of Wat Kamphaeng Nuea, Ban Sing subdistrict, Photharam district, Ratchaburi province. Overall was found in high level with average at mean of 4.45, when considering the aspect found that the maintenance of the temple and organize the religious treasures of the temple to go well aspect was at the highest level at mean of 4.54, and the other aspects were at the high level. 2. The comparison of the opinions toward the model of temple management: a case study of Wat Kamphaeng Nuea, Ban Sing subdistrict, Photharam district, Ratchaburi province, classified by personal data, found that sex, education, occupation, and Income have the opinions to toward the model of temple management: a case study of Wat Kamphaeng Nuea, Ban Sing subdistrict, Photharam district, Ratchaburi province was different, the significantly at 0.01. 3. The problems, obstacles and suggestions of the model of temple management: a case study of Wat Kamphaeng Nuea, Ban Sing subdistrict, Photharam district, Ratchaburi province were as following: problems and obstacles: obstacles from the current economic downturn, some new priests are not strict, lack of support for higher education, and lack of caretakers responsible for the temple’s warehouse. And suggestions: should build the religious buildings and preserve the arts and culture and ancient place as local heritages, should support the monks, novices, and youths for high education, and should arrange a person to take care of the temple’s warehouse.
