Abstract:
The objectives of this research were: 1) to study academic administration according to the Four Iddhipāda in the new normal era of private school administrators in Nong Bua Lam Phu Province; 2) to propose guidelines for academic administration according to the Four Iddhipāda in the new normal era of private school administrators in Nong Bua Lam Phu Province. The sample group included 186 school administrators and teachers in private schools under the Office of Nong Bua Lam Phu Education. The tools used in the research were a questionnaire with a reliability value of 0.971 and an interview. Data were analyzed to find the following statistics: Frequency, Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation and content analysis.
The research results were as follows:
1) The practice of academic administration according to the Four Iddhipāda in the new normal era of private school administrators in Nong Bua Lam Phu Province in both overall and each aspect perspectives was statistically rated at a high level. The aspect with the highest practice was teaching and learning management using digital technology, followed by evaluation and evaluation using digital technology and curriculum development. The aspect with the lowest mean was the development and use of digital media technology.
2) The guidelines for academic administration according to the Four Iddhipāda in the new normal era of private school administrators in Nong Bua Lam Phu Province were that the administrators should give importance to the following issues, namely, having perseverance in developing the curriculum to be up-to-date and most effective in teaching and learning management, commitment to promoting teaching and learning which should focus on all parts to participate in activities, paying attention to the development and use of the media to be appropriate and effective and having a passion for encouraging teachers to be trained in creating comprehensive and diverse assessment tools.
