Abstract: การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับการบริหารจัดการสำนักปฏิบัติธรรมประจำจังหวัดราชบุรี แห่งที่ 7 วัดนาหนอง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดราชบุรี (2) เปรียบเทียบระดับปฏิบัติการที่มีต่อการบริหารจัดการสำนักปฏิบัติธรรมประจำจังหวัดราชบุรี แห่งที่ 7 วัดนาหนอง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดราชบุรี โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม และ (3) ศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะสำหรับการบริหารจัดการสำนักปฏิบัติธรรมประจำจังหวัดราชบุรี แห่งที่ 7 วัดนาหนอง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดราชบุรี ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี โดยในส่วนของการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือเก็บข้อมูลภาคสนามจากประชาชนที่เข้าปฏิบัติธรรมในวัดนาหนอง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดราชบุรี จำนวน 285 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ได้โดยหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยการทดสอบค่าที ค่าเอฟ วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และในส่วนของการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพมีการวิเคราะห์เอกสาร และใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูลภาคสนามจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 9 รูปหรือคน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยเทคนิคการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาประกอบบริบท ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การบริหารจัดการสำนักปฏิบัติธรรมประจำจังหวัดราชบุรี แห่งที่ 7 วัดนาหนอง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดราชบุรี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ ในระดับปานกลางโดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.17 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านสถานที่ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.35 ด้านด้านบุคลากร อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.01 และด้านการจัดการ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.14 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบการบริหารจัดการสำนักปฏิบัติธรรมประจำจังหวัดราชบุรี แห่งที่ 7 วัดนาหนอง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดราชบุรี โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า เพศ อายุ วุฒิการศึกษา และรายได้ มีความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อการบริหารจัดการสำนักปฏิบัติธรรมประจำจังหวัดราชบุรี แห่งที่ 7 วัดนาหนอง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดราชบุรี โดยภาพรวม ไม่แตกต่างกัน จึงปฏิเสธสมมติฐานการวิจัย ส่วนปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ด้านอาชีพ มีความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อการบริหารจัดการสำนักปฏิบัติธรรมประจำจังหวัดราชบุรี แห่งที่ 7 วัดนาหนอง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดราชบุรี โดยภาพรวม แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยยสำคัญที่ 0.05 จึงยอมรับสมมติฐานการวิจัย 3. ปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะสำหรับพัฒนาการบริหารจัดการสำนักปฏิบัติธรรมประจำจังหวัดราชบุรี แห่งที่ 7 วัดนาหนอง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดราชบุรี พบว่า ด้านปัญหา อุปสรรค สถานที่พักของผู้มาอยู่ปฏิบัติธรรม ยังมีแมลงและสัตว์ที่จะมารบกวนสมาธิผู้ปฏิบัติธรรมและวิทยากรใช้ภาษาถ้อยคำในการบรรยายธรรมเป็นคนรุ่นใหม่การสอนธรรมใช้ถ้อยคำเร็วไป และใช่สรรพสมัยใหม่ผสมไม่เหมาะสมควรแก่ผู้รับฟัง ขาดการประชาสัมพันธ์กิจกรรมโครงการต่างๆ ของสำนักตามสื่อต่างๆ ทำให้สมาชิกใหม่ที่เข้ามาร่วมปฏิบัติธรรมไม่รับรู้ข่าวสาร ส่วนข้อเสนอแนะ วิทยากรสำนักปฏิบัติธรรมใช้ปรับปรุงภาษาถ้อยคำในการบรรยายธรรม เหมาะสมควรแก่ผู้รับฟัง และสำนักปฏิบัติธรรมควรเพิ่มการประชาสัมพันธ์กิจกรรมโครงการต่างๆ ของสำนักตามสื่อต่างๆ อย่างทั่วถึง เพื่อจะได้สมาชิกใหม่เข้ามาร่วมกิจกรรมปฏิบัติธรรมเพิ่มขึ้น

Abstract: The purposes of this research were (1) to study the level of management of the 7th Ratchaburi provincial meditation centers, Na Nong Temple, Mueang District, Ratchaburi Province, (2) to compare the action level on the management of the 7th Ratchaburi provincial meditation centers, Na Nong Temple, Mueang District, Ratchaburi Province by classifying according to respondent’s personal factors, and (3) to study problems, obstacles, and suggestions for the management of the 7th Ratchaburi provincial meditation centers, Na Nong Temple, Mueang District, Ratchaburi Province. The study was the mixed method research between quantitative and qualitative research. In term of quantitative research, it used the questionnaire as the tool to collect the data in the field study from 285 sample populations who attended the meditation practice in Na Nong Temple, Mueang District, Ratchaburi Province. The data were analyzed through frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D.), t-test, F-test, one-way analysis of variance. In term of qualitative research, using the documentary analysis and interview as the tools to collect the data in the field study from 9 key informants and analyzed the data through the content analysis technique. The research results found that: 1. Management of the 7th Ratchaburi provincial meditation centers, Na Nong Temple, Mueang District, Ratchaburi Province in overall, it was at a moderate level with an average of 3.17. When considering each aspect, it was found that the location aspect was at a moderate level with an average of 3.35, the personnel aspect was at a moderate level with an average of 3.01, and the management aspect was at a moderate level with an average of 3.14. 2. Comparative results of the management of the 7th Ratchaburi provincial meditation centers, Na Nong Temple, Mueang District, Ratchaburi Province by classifying according to personal factors, it was found that gender, age, education and income had an effect on people opinion towards the management of the 7th Ratchaburi provincial meditation centers, Na Nong Temple, Mueang District, Ratchaburi Province in overall was not different, therefore the research hypothesis was rejected while occupation had an effect on people opinion towards the management of the 7th Ratchaburi provincial meditation centers, Na Nong Temple, Mueang District, Ratchaburi Province in overall was significantly different level at 0.05, therefore the research hypothesis was accepted. 3. Problems, obstacles, and suggestions for the management of the 7th Ratchaburi provincial meditation centers, Na Nong Temple, Mueang District, Ratchaburi Province, it was found that in terms of problems and obstacles, the accommodations of those practicing Dhamma still needed to be improved, the Dhamma lecturer was a new generation who used the Dhamma words too quickly and mixed with the modern words inappropriately, the Dhamma practice center lacked of publicizing various project activities through various media caused the new Dhamma practitioners unable to receive the news. As for the suggestions, it included the Dhamma lecturers should improve the language used in sermons to be appropriate for the listeners and should increase the publicity of various project activities through various media thoroughly in order to attract more new members to join in the Dhamma practice activities.
