Abstract:
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับความสุขในการทำงานฟาร์มของนิสิตสาขาวิชาเกษตรและสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์และพัฒนศาสตรมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตกาแพงแสน และ 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความสุขในการทำงานฟาร์มของนิสิตสาขาวิชาเกษตรและสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์และพัฒนศาสตรมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตรวิทยาเขตกำแพงแสน ทำการศึกษากับกลุ่มประชากรคือนิสิตปริญญาตรี หลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิตสาขาวิชาเกษตรและสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา ภาควิชาการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์และชุมชน คณะศึกษาศาสตร์และพัฒนศาสตรมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตรวิทยาเขตกาแพงแสน ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนในภาคต้นปีการศึกษา 2561 ชั้นปี ที่ 1 - 4 จำนวน 256 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถาระดับบความคิดเห็นเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางสถิติด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป เพื่อหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธ์ส่หสัมพันธ์และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ความสุขในการทำงานฟาร์มของนิสิตสาขาวิชาเกษตรและสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.94,= 0.54) โดยมีปัจจัยในด้านความรักในงาน สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสุขภาพกาย และสัมพันธภาพกับอาจารย์ ส่งผลต่อความสุขในการทำงานฟาร์ม ของนิสิตสาขาวิชาเกษตรและสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของความสุขในการทำงานฟาร์มของนิสิตสาขาวิชาเกษตรและสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษาได้ร้อยละ 74.1 อยางมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 - ดังสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบ Ŷ = -0.142+ .706 X3+ .114 X8+ .112 X1+ .098 X7 และจากการสัมภาษณ์นิสิตแกนนำและาจารย์ที่สอนงานฟาร์มยืนยันวา สุขภาพกาย สุขภาพจิต ความรักในงาน ความสำเร็จในงาน การเป็นที่ยอมรับ ความรับผิดชอบ สัมพันธภาพกับอาจารย์ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและความสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนร่วมงาน ส่งผลต่อความสุขของนิสิตในการทำงานฟาร์ม
The purposes of this study were to 1) study the level of happiness in the farming practices of undergraduates in Agricultural and Environmental Education program, Faculty of Education and Development Sciences, Kasetsart University, and 2) identify the factors influencing on happiness in the farming practices of undergraduates in Agricultural and Environmental Education program, Faculty of Education and Development Sciences, Kasetsart University. The population consisted of 256 undergraduates for the first semester of the 2018 academic year. Tools for measuring the happiness in the farming practices were questionnaires. Data were analysed using statistical methods comprising frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The findings revealed that the overall mean happiness in the farming practices of undergraduates in Agricultural and Environmental Education program was at a high level (μ= 3.94, σ = 0.54). In addition, the results from stepwise multiple regression analysis indicated factors affecting happiness in the farming practices of undergraduates in Agricultural and Environmental Education program. The factors included a passion for work, facilities, physical health, and good relationships with instructors that had statistically significant affecting happiness in the farming practices of undergraduates in Agricultural and Environmental Education program at the 0.001 level. These factors accounted for 74.1 percent of variance happiness in farming practices. The prediction equation in raw score Ŷ = -0.142 + .706 X3+ .114 X8+ .112 X1+ .098 X7.. Furthermore, the results of instructors and students leadership interviews confirmed that these factors including physical health, mental health, a passion for work, achievement, prestigious, responsibility, good relationships with instructors, facilities, and good relationships with colleagues Theyhad statistically significant affecting happiness in the farming practices of undergraduates in Agricultural and Environmental Education program, Faculty of Education and Development Sciences, Kasetsart University
