Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้กำหนดรูปแบบเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและประเมินคลังหน่วยการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาอิงเว็บด้านสุขศึกษา ระดับประถมศึกษา โรงเรียนสาธิตแห่งมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ โครงการการศึกษาพหุภาษา ศูนย์วิจัยและพัฒนาการศึกษา การประเมินใช้ประชากรครูผู้สอนสุขศึกษาจำนวนทั้งหมด 3 คนและตัวอย่างซึ่งได้มาจากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เป็นผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 10 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นสำหรับผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ เพื่อการประเมินความสอดคล้องของแหล่งทรัพยากรการศึกษาและสื่อของคลังหน่วยการเรียนรู้อิงเว็บฯ แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นและความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อเว็บไซต์คลังหน่วยการเรียนรู้อิงเว็บฯ และแบบสัมภาษณ์เพื่อสรุปผลและทดลองใช้คลังหน่วยการเรียนรู้อิงเว็บฯ สำหรับผู้เข้าประชุมในการสนทนากลุ่มการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าสถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และการเขียนเรียบเรียงเชิงพรรณนา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) คลังหน่วยการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาอิงเว็บระดับประถมศึกษา โรงเรียนสาธิตแห่งมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ โครงการการศึกษาพหุภาษา ศูนย์วิจัยและพัฒนาการศึกษาได้รับการพัฒนาในรูปของเว็บไซต์ตั้งอยู่ที่ URL:https://siriumporn.wixsite.com/k6-health ประกอบด้วย 5 เมนูหลัก คือ Home , Web Based Unit Resources, Media Resources, Useful Info, About Us ซึ่งนำเสนอแหล่งทรัพยากรการศึกษาและสื่อ 4 ประเภท คือ lesson plan ,web content ,vdo clip ,other material 2) ตัวอย่างผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิส่วนใหญ่เห็นด้วยกับความสอดคล้องของแหล่งทรัพยากรการศึกษาและสื่อในคลังหน่วยการเรียนรู้อิงเว็บด้านสุขศึกษาฯ กับสาระและมาตรฐานการเรียนรู้ 3) ประชากรครูผู้สอนสุขศึกษามีความคิดเห็นต่อเว็บไซต์คลังหน่วยการเรียนรู้อิงเว็บด้านสุขศึกษาฯในด้านเทคโนโลยีที่ใช้ในการนำเสนอ (4.53)ด้านเนื้อหา (4.37) อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดและระดับมากตามลำดับ มีความพึงพอใจในด้านการใช้งาน (4.10) ด้านการนำเสนอ (4.07) อยู่ในระดับมาก และตัวอย่างผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ มีความคิดเห็นต่อเว็บไซต์คลังหน่วยการเรียนรู้อิงเว็บด้านสุขศึกษาฯในด้านคลังหน่วยการเรียนรู้อิงเว็บฯ (4.70) และด้านการออกแบบแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้รายหน่วย (4.66) อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ในด้านเนื้อหา(4.48) และด้านเทคโนโลยีการนำเสนอ (4.44) อยู่ในระดับมาก มีความพึงพอใจในด้านการใช้งาน (4.24) และด้านการนำเสนอ (4.16) อยู่ในระดับมาก 4)ประชากรครูผู้สอนสุขศึกษา ตัวอย่างผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาซึ่งเป็นผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมแบบสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus Group Discussion) ทุกกลุ่มมีความคิดเห็นสอดคล้องไปในทางเดียวกันว่าคลังหน่วยการเรียนรู้อิงเว็บด้านสุขศึกษา ระดับประถมศึกษามีความสอดคล้องกับสาระ มาตรฐานและหน่วยการเรียนรู้ สามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการออกแบบจัดทำหลักสูตรและจัดทำแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ สามารถใช้เป็นสื่อการสอนและตัวอย่างในการจัดทำสื่อ การใช้งานและรูปแบบของการนำเสนอเว็บไซต์มีความเหมาะสมในการใช้งานที่ให้สามารถเข้าถึงแหล่งทรัพยากรการศึกษาและสื่อ This study was a participatory action research which aimed to develop and evaluate the web-based units’ repository on health education, at elementary level, Multilingual Program Center for Educational Research and Development, Kasetsart University Laboratory School. At the evaluation stage, three health education teachers were used as the population while ten experts were purposively selected as a sample group. The instruments were an opinion investigation form on the web-based units’ repository obtained from experts, an opinion and satisfaction survey form on the web-based units’ repository and an interview form for the focus group discussion on the web-based units’ repository development. Percentage, mean and descriptive reporting were used to analyze the data. The results were as followed: 1) the web-based units repository was developed as a website and is accessible at https://siriumporn.wixsite.com/k6-health, comprising 5 main menus: Home, Web Based Unit Resources, Media Resources, Useful Info and About Us. It provides learning resources and four educational materials including lesson plans, web content, videos clips and other materials ; 2) Most experts agreed that the learning resources are congruent not only with the materials in the repository but also the content and the learning standards ; 3) the population’s opinions toward the technology presentation and that of the contents in the repository were at very high level (4.53) and high level (4.37), respectively. They also have high level of satisfaction both on the usage (4.10) and the presentation (4.07). In addition, the experts’ opinions on the repository and the lesson plans were rated at very high level (4.70 and 4.66). As for the content and the presentation technology were at high level (4.48 and 4.44). Similarly, they have high level of satisfaction both on the repository’s usage (4.24) and presentation (4.16) ; and 4) the health education teachers, the experts and the participants joining the focus group discussion shared indistinguishable opinions that the repository was in consonance with the content, the standards and the lesson plans. Based on general responses, this website can be further utilized in designing potential curricula and lesson plans, can be implemented as an instructional material, set good example for instructional material developers and is user-friendly in accessing a wide range of educational resources and materials.
