Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานของสหกรณ์กองทุนสวนยางพาราในภาคใต้ 2) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพโดยทั่วไปและการดำเนินงานของสหกรณ์กองทุนสวนยางพารา โดยใช้วิธีวิเคราะห์เส้นห่อหุ้ม (Data Envelopment Analysis: DEA) โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ สหกรณ์กองทุนสวนยางพาราในภาคใต้ทั้งหมด จำนวน 310 สหกรณ์ ที่ยังดำเนินการอยู่ ศึกษาจากตัวแปรทางเศรษฐศาสตร์ โดยปัจจัยการผลิต คือ 1) ค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวกับพนักงาน 2) ทุนดำเนินการ และ ปัจจัยผลผลิต คือ 1) ปริมาณธุรกิจรับฝากเงิน 2) ปริมาณธุรกิจให้เงินกู้ 3) ปริมาณธุรกิจจัดหาสินค้ามาจำหน่าย 4) ปริมาณธุรกิจรวบรวมผลผลิต 5) ปริมาณธุรกิจแปรรูปผลผลิต 6) ปริมาณธุรกิจให้บริการ ซึ่งใช้ข้อมูลทุติยภูมิ(Secondary Data) จากข้อมูลทางการเงินปีบัญชี 2560 ผลการศึกษาประสิทธิภาพโดยวิธี DEA พบว่าสหกรณ์ที่มีประสิทธิภาพภายใต้ตัวแบบ VRS มีจำนวน 28 สหกรณ์ ซึ่งมีค่าประสิทธิภาพ เท่ากับ 1 และ สหกรณ์ที่ไม่มีประสิทธิภาพภายใต้ตัวแบบ VRS มีจำนวน 282 สหกรณ์ โดยมีสหกรณ์อยู่ 2 กลุ่มคือ 1) กลุ่มสหกรณ์ที่มีประสิทธิภาพ และมีขนาดที่เหมาะสม 2) กลุ่มสหกรณ์ที่ต้องปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพและขนาดของสหกรณ์ และเมื่อจำแนกกลุ่มสหกรณ์ออกเป็นจังหวัด พบว่าจังหวัดที่มีสหกรณ์ที่มีประสิทธิภาพมากที่สุด คือ จังหวัดสงขลา ซึ่งมีจำนวน 7 สหกรณ์ The objectives of this research are 1) to evaluate the operational efficiency of the rubber plantation fund cooperatives in the southern region 2) to study general conditions and operations of the rubber plantation fund cooperatives by using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. The total of 310 rubber fund cooperatives in the South The variables used in the research consisted of The production factors are 1) total expenses related to the employees 2) operating capital and yield factors are 1) the amount of deposit business 2) the amount of business for the loan 3) the amount of business to supply products 4) business volume collecting products 5) production processing business volume 6) service business volume, which uses secondary data (Secondary Data) from financial data for fiscal year 2017. The results of the performance measurement by the DEA method showed that the cooperative that is effective under the VRS model has a total of 28 cooperatives with a performance value of 1 and an inefficient cooperative under the CAS and the VRS model has 282 cooperatives. When classifying cooperative groups into provinces found that the provinces with most efficient cooperatives is Songkhla that has 7 cooperatives
