Abstract: งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยและหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยต่าง ๆที่ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจในการศึกษาของนิสิตภาควิชาวิศวกกรรมอุตสาหการ คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตบางเขนและกำแพงแสน โดยสร้างตัวแบบสมการโครงสร้าง ซึ่งในงานวิจัยนี้ได้แบ่งตัวแปรออกเป็นตัวแปรแฝงภายนอกและตัวแปรแฝงภายใน ตัวแปรแฝงภายนอก ได้แก่ ผู้สอน สถานภาพทางการเงินส่วนบุคคล กฎระเบียบของสถาบันการศึกษา สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่าง ๆ และกิจกรรมภายในสถาบันการศึกษา ตัวแปรแฝงภายใน ได้แก่ การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ของนิสิตและความพึงพอใจในการศึกษา ใช้วิธีการเก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามและได้ตรวจสอบในมิติของความน่าเชื่อถือโดยวิธีครอนบัค พบว่า มีความเชื่อมั่นมากกว่า 0.8 สามารถนำไปใช้ได้ เมื่อสร้างสมมติฐานของสมการโครงสร้างแล้ว ได้ตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดล พบว่า โมเดลตามสมมติฐานสอดคล้องกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยสถิติที่ใช้ทดสอบ คือ p-value = 0.067, χ2 / df = 1.17, RMSEA = 0.034, SRMR = 0.070, GFI = 0.90, CFI = 0.98 และ NNFI = 0.98. ซึ่งดัชนีเหล่านี้ผ่านเกณฑ์การยอมรับและสามารถอธิบายความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรแฝงได้ว่า ผู้สอนและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกซึ่งเป็นตัวแปรแฝงภายนอกและการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ เป็นตัวแปรแฝงภายในส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจในการศึกษา นอกจากนี้ยังมีกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ (ตัวแปรแฝงภายนอก) ส่งผลต่อการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม (ตัวแปรภายใน) This research aimed to identify factors and factor correlation that affect to the satisfaction in education of bachelor students in faculty of Industrial Engineering Kasetsart University, Bangkhean and Kamphaengsaen, using the structural equation modeling technique. In particular, the latent variables were categorized into exogenous variables and endogenous variables. Exogenous variables consisted of Teacher, Personal Financial Background, Rules and Regulations of Educational Institutions, Facilities and Activities within the Institution. Endogenous variables consisted of Activities Participation and Educational Satisfaction. In this study, Cronbach’s alpha was used to check the quality of the questionnaire in the reliability dimension. The result showed that the reliability was greater than 0.8, indicating that this survey had high reliability and could be used. Before analyzing the results, we needed to check the basic indices to see whether the model was consistent with the data. The test statistics showed that p-value = 0.067, χ2 / df = 1.17, RMSEA = 0.034, SRMR = 0.070, GFI = 0.90, CFI = 0.98 and NNFI = 0.98. Hence, all indicators showed acceptable criterions and could explain the relationships between latent variables. Teacher and Facilities (Exogenous variables) and Activities Participation (Endogenous variable) impacted to Educational Satisfaction.
