Abstract:
The purposes of the research were to study the following. 1) The technology acceptance of employees performance in the National Telecom Public Company Limited. 2) The employees performance in the National Telecom Public Company Limited. 3) Test the influence of technology acceptance of employees performance in the National Telecom Public Company Limited. Data collection from 263 employees of the National Telecom Public Company Limited as the samples group. The statistics used for data analysis include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis statistics. The study found the following. 1) The level of technology acceptance of employees performance in the National Telecom Public Company Limited was the highest appropriate. 2) The level of employees performance in the National Telecom Public Company Limited was the highest appropriate. 3) The hypothesis testing showed that technology acceptance significantly affects employeesperformance in the National Telecom Public Company Limited at a level of 0.01. The research results will be helpful for applied to improve and develop the proficiency of employees in the organisation. Besides, creating the operating system in the organisation in the digital transformation era efficiently
