The relationship factors of human resource management that affect the overall labor aspect of companies operating production and services in industrial estates Chachoengsao province
Abstract:
The objectives of this research were 1) to study internal factors within the business and relationship factors of human resource management that affect overall labor aspect of companies operating production and services in industrial estates in Chachoengsao province; 2) to study the relationship factors of human resource management that affect overall labor aspect of companies operating production and services in industrial estates in Chachoengsao province; and 3) to study the opinions and guidelines for the development of human resource management in terms of overall labor in the industrial estates in Chachoengsao province. This research was a mixed method research, comprising of quantitative research and qualitative research 400. In addition, in-depth interview was conducted, 15 people. The research findings were: 1) in terms of internal factors within the business and relationship factors of human resource management that affect labor in overall, the human resource procurement was at a high level, giving benefits was at a high level, human resource management was at a high level, and career progression management was at a high level. 2) In terms of the relationship factors of human resource management that affect labor in overall, the percentage was 64.44 3) In terms of the opinions and guidelines for the development of human resource management in overall labor aspect, the result was at a moderate level. This is because the organization should have activities to enhance skills that focus on the line continuously so that it can be used for self learning. Reduce the problem of delay in
