A Study of School Administrators According to The Principles of Good Governance for School Administration under Chiang Rai Office of The Vocational Education Commission
Abstract:
This research aims to study academy administration according to the principles of good governance of academy executives of Chiang Rai vocational education commission. For researching and comparing 443 participants who are teachers and assign a sample using a table of Krige and Morgan by getting 210 people as example. The tool was the estimation scale questionnaire; With 5 levels. The consistency index is at 1.00 and the confidence depends 0.982 on the statistics used to analyze data frequency distribution, percentage, mean and standard deviation, (T-test), (F-test). The results were 1) overview of academy administration according to the principles of good governance of academy executives of Chiang Rai vocational education commission was in the excellent level. The highest average was efficient. The minor average was effective. On the other hand, the lowest average was response 2) Comparing teachers opinions on academy administration according to the principles of good governance of academy executives of Chiang Rai vocational education commission which was divided by gender. It was found that the opinions of different genders who worked in the academy had similar views with the academy administration according to the principles of good governance, except for transparency that is divided by age. Overall, teachers with a different age had different opinions statistically significant at level 0.5. The one divided by experiences also had different ideas significantly at 0.5.
