Abstract:
The purposes of this research were 1) to study on Quality of Teachers Work Life under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 4 2) to compare the quality of working life of government teacher under the office Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area, Region 4 Classified by gender, age, level of education and work experience. The sample group was civil servants, teachers. Under the office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 4, the sample group was determined according to the formula of Taro Yamane (Yamane, 1973) to obtain a sample group at the confidence level of 95 percent, totaling 294 people. The samples were randomly selected using a stratified random method. The tools used to collect data were questionnaires, estimators using statistics, including frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation. precision alpha coefficient, LSD statistic, Scheff' statistic, T-test and One-way variance statistic (F-test). The results of the research revealed that 1) the study of the quality of working life of government teachers under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 4, overall and each aspect, was at a high level, ranked as follows: highest; Followed by the development of personal abilities. Followed by stability and progress in work. followed by working conditions Followed by work-life balance. and the lowest in terms of appropriate compensation. 2) From the comparison of the quality of working life of government teachers under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 4 classified by sex age and work experience, it was found that overall were not different. From the comparison of the quality of work life of government teachers under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 4, classified by education level. It was found that the overall picture was significantly different at the 0.05 level.
