The Innovative Leadership of School Administrators Affecting The Performance Effectiveness of Teacher Wiang Kean District under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 4
Abstract:
The purpose of this study were to 1) study the level of innovative leadership of executives Wiang Kaen district under Chiang Rai primary educational service area office 4. 2) study the level of effectiveness of teachers' performance Wiang Kaen district under Chiang Rai primary educational service area office 4. 3) study factors of innovative leadership that affect teachers' performance effectiveness Wiang Kaen district under Chiang Rai primary educational service area office 4. A sample was selected from 152 school teacher of basic education institutes Wiang Kaen district under Chiang Rai primary educational service area office 4 by using Stratified Random Sampling according to school size. The study instrument was questionnaires with 5 rating scale Alpha Coefficient of innovative leadership of executives was .88 and Alpha Coefficient of effectiveness of teachers' performance was 0.90. Index of the innovative leadership of executives was equal to 1.00 for all items and Index of the of effectiveness of teachers' performance was equal to 1.00 for all items. The statistical treatment used frequencies, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation, and Regression analysis. The results of the study were as follow: 1) The innovative leadership of executives Wiang Kaen district under Chiang Rai primary educational service area office 4 revealed that the overall aspects and each aspect were at the "high" level and which can be put in the order from high to low as innovative leadership of executives in corporate building atmosphere, teamwork and participation, and risk exposure. 2) The effectiveness of teachers' performance Wiang Kaen district under Chiang Rai primary educational service area office 4 revealed that the overall aspects and each aspect were at the "high" level and which can be put in the order from high to low as class management, teaching management, and Self-development. 3) there are 2 factors used to predict the effectiveness of teachers' performance as follow factor of Organizational Atmosphere Creation (X4), factor of Risk Management (X5). These factor could predict of the effectiveness of teachers' performance on the percentage of 84.80 as the statistical significance 0.01. and can be written in prediction equation as follows: The multiple regression equations are raw score was: Ŷ = 0.828 + 0.437(X4) + 0.341(X5) The predict equation of standard score war: Z = 0.523(X4) + 0.395(X5)
