Abstract:
This study aims to examine motivation level of personnel in the performance of Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization and to compare the motivation level of the studied personnel classified by sex, age, education level, position, salary, and duration of work performance. Samples used in this study were 221 officials of Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization. The statistics used for data analysis are frequency, percentage, compare means, and standard deviation, hypothesis testing were t-test and one-way analysis of variance with the statistic significance at the .05 level and LSD was used to test the differences. The results showed that Motivation for the performance of personnel of the Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization The overall level is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the side with the highest average Motivation to work is at a high level. Policy and management, followed by success at work. interpersonal relationship The aspect of being respected administrative advancement in the position working environment Responsibility The nature of the work performed, respectively, and the side with the lowest average. Motivation for work was at a moderate level, i.e. salary and benefits. The comparison of the motivation level of personnel in the performance of Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization shows that the motivation of the personnel with the differences of sex, position, and salary is different by the statistic at .05 level. And the personnel with the differences of age, education level, and duration of work performance is not different by the statistic at .05 level.
