Abstract:
This research study was conducted with the objective1) to study the differences of personal factors and work efficiency in the new normal life era of ABC Company's employees, 2) to study the motivating factors and supporting factors in the new normal era that have influence on the work efficiency of employees of ABC Company. The sample group used in this study was 328 employees of ABC Company. Data were collected from questionnaires for data analysis using frequency, mean, standard deviation. The hypothesis was tested, using independent sample t-test to compare the differences between the two groups of variables. The one-way ANOVA statistic was used to compare the differences between the independent sample t-tests for 3 or more groups, and to analysis multiple linear regression equations at a level of significance 0.05. The results of the study revealed that most of the respondents were male aged between 41 - 50 years old with bachelor's degree and marriage status, working in the field of Engineer/Science/Technician, with average income between 15,000 - 30,000 baht per month with 5 - 10 years of work experience 63.72%. The hypothesis testing results found that: 1) personal factors, age, status, education level, occupation, average monthly income and different work experiences have different work performance, 2) motivational factors, which are success at work, responsibility and career advancement have a statistically significant influence on work efficiency at the .01 level. Being respected has a statistically significant influence on work efficiency at the .05 level, 3) supporting factors for the organization's management policy and working environment have influences work efficiency.
