Abstract:
The tourism industry is an industry that plays an important role in the economic
development of the country. Tourism mission is one of the missions that are blended
with the development of the country in all dimensions. Including driving the
development of sustainable tourism by the community With the Go Local approach and
the application of digital information technology (Go Digital), it is used as a primary tool
to access both in-depth and broad information of tourist attractions. Therefore, this
research is aimed at studying the basic context of tourism. Huai Thalaeng District Nakhon
Ratchasima Province In developing web applications based on community tourism maps
And to study the efficiency and effectiveness of web applications on the basis of a
community tourism map, a case study of Huai Thalaeng District Nakhon Ratchasima
Province.
The research operation consisted of 5 working steps: 1) Studying data from the
community funding data collection system (Data Collection Using Mobile). 2) Studying
the 4 basic tourism contexts, which consisted of tourist sites, lifestyle, community
Cultural attractions Natural attractions And facilities Including community tourism
activities and local products. 3) Study information grouping of community tourism
resources. By applying Density based spatial clustering of applications with noise:
DBSCAN, which is a grouping of community tourism resources. 4) Develop web applications using Django Web Frameworks for Python with web design technology. To
be able to support display on all devices with Bootstrap Responsive Web Design and
SQLite database management program, including mapping service from Google Map API
by writing code with Java Script (Java Script) and DBSCAN Algorithm 5) evaluate the
performance of the web application By 6 experts including and evaluating the
effectiveness of use By related agencies, communities and tourists of 44 people.
The research results showed that A web application based on community tourism
maps, a case study of Huai Thalaeng District Nakhon Ratchasima Province Able to work
through a web browser Both in the form of computers and smartphones It supports the
operation of both IOS and Android systems, increasing the communication channel
between the community and tourists to be more convenient and faster. In addition,
something of interest and support for tourists' spatial travel decisions is the application
of a grouping process DBSCAN Algorithm to help strengthen the grouping of spatial
tourism information before presenting the information in the form of a community
tourism map in the form of a community tourism site group together with a navigation
system. From doing so This resulted in the evaluation of the web application
performance by 6 experts at a high level. With the mean score equal to4.20 (x-bar=4.20
/ S. D= 0.78) Including evaluating the effectiveness of web applications By related
agencies, communities and tourists In the highest level of effectiveness With the mean
score equal to 4.62 (x-bar= 4.62 / S.D.=0.58) The results of the aforementioned
research have shown that the web application developed is effective and can be used
