Statistical significance was set at less than 0.05. The findings revealed that the percentage-mean score of overall QWL's was 59.82. Considering each dimension of QWL, it was found that the relation and cooperation dimension had the highest percentage-mean score (65.17), and had the compensation and reward dimension the lowest percentage-mean score (55.28). The four factors associated with the overall QWL were marital status, adequacy of income, hiring status, and workgroup (p<0.05), while sex, age and tenure were not statistical significant (p>0.05).
