Abstract:
The purposes of this research were 1) to study the conditions, the problems, and the needs of the packaging and brand development of fingerroot instant of Rongkeelek agriculture community enterprise group, Amphur Doisaket, Chiangmai Province 2) to develop the satisfaction of the packaging and brand of fingerroot instant and 3) to evaluate the satisfaction of the packaging and brand of fingerroot instant. This is a qualitative research, focus group discussion used as a tool. The 1st and 2nd objective had 10, and the 3rd objective had 13 sources of information, in order. The results had found that 1) The current conditions are normal plastic bag packaging, not beautiful, without identity and out of date. The problems are the packaging is not beautiful and the brand is not attractive to the consumer. The needs are silver zip lock bag packaging, circle brand in green, orange, blue and golden yellow. The product details are on the brand. 2) The packaging and brand development are silver zip lock bag, circle brand in golden yellow. The product details are on the brand. 3) The packaging and brand satisfaction evaluation were on high level by using voting with silver zip lock bag, circle brand in golden yellow.
