Factors of retaining talent employees effecting the retention in the organization : case study of a refinery and retrochemical company in Chonburi province
Abstract:
This independent study is about talent employee retention which has 4 objectives for a case study of refinery and petrochemical industry in Chonburi province. The first of which was a study of the level of opinions relating to the retention of talent employees. To study of employees opinions, in addition, in terms of the talent employee retention factor, moreover, to study an influence level of the factors that affect talent retention. It was developed based on an empirical data with several statistically analyzing tools namely a quantitative method such as percentages, arithmetic average, standard deviation, and Pearsons product moment correlation, moreover, a qualitative method which was multiple regression. This study was done by the survey to talent performance employee in the case study company which selected population were 289 people. The first result of this research was highly agreed on the factors of talent retention, another result was highly related to opinion level of talent retention. The final result, there are three factors that affect significantly on the talent retaining such as culture and workplace environment factor, training and development factor and compensation factor.
