Abstract:
The objective of this study is to develop the model of the employee self-service system acceptance in human resources management of operating employee in an automotive manufacturing. The sample population is operating employees in an automotive manufacturing, 326 employees. The research instrument is a questionnaire and analyzed with the statistics of mean, standard deviation, and structural equation modeling. The study is found that relationship between variables of the conceptual framework is consistent with the empirical data, in carry out hypothesis testing found that all items are consistent with influences coefficient of statistically significant level 0.01 which the influences each variable are (1) the perceived ease of use on perceived usefulness (2) the perceived usefulness on behavioral intention (3) the perceived ease of use on behavioral intention (4) the behavioral intention on actual system use (5) the perceived ease of use on actual system use through behavioral intention (6) the perceived usefulness on actual system use through behavioral intention.
