Abstract: งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบริบททางสังคมและชาติพันธุ์ในพื้นที่องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลอมก๋อย เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทผู้นำสตรีในกิจการชุมชน ตลอดจนวิเคราะห์บทบาทของผู้นำสตรีและความสัมพันธ์เชิงอำนาจ โดยเจาะจงศึกษาบทบาทสตรีในองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ฝ่ายปกครอง และอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน(อสม.) ซึ่งถือว่าเป็นสามองค์กรหลักที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกิจการชุมชน งานชิ้นนี้เป็นการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพที่ใช้ข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้นำสตรี และนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์ตามกรอบแนวคิดเพื่อสามารถนำมาตอบคำถามวิจัยได้ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ภูมิหลังทางการเมืองของครอบครัว ความรู้ความสามารถเฉพาะ และผลงานในอดีต มีบทบาทสำคัญที่ทำให้สตรีก้าวขึ้นเป็นผู้นำในสังคม โดยมีบทบาทโดดเด่นในด้านการประสานงานกับชาวบ้าน และการให้ความรู้โดยเฉพาะในด้านการสาธารณสุข

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to study the social and ethnic context in the area of Omkoi Subdistrict Administrative Organization. To study the role of women leaders in community affairs and analyzing the role of women leaders and power relations. By specifically studying women's roles in sub-district administrative organizations, government, and village health volunteers (VHVs) which are considered the three main organizations involved in community affairs. This study is a qualitative study that used data from in-depth interviews with women leaders. The data will be analyzed according to the conceptual framework to be able to answer research questions. The results showed that the family's political background, specific knowledge, and past performance play an important role in making women a leader in society. Women leaders play a prominent role in coordinating with villagers and educating people, particularly in the field of public health.
