Abstract: การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสังเคราะห์กรอบแนวคิดเชิงทฤษฎีและกรอบแนวคิดการออกแบบโมเดลสิ่งแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ บนเครือข่ายตามแนวคอนสตรัคติวิสต์ที่ส่งเสริมการคิดสร้างสรรค์ โดยบูรณาการศาสตร์การสอนกับศาสตร์ทางประสาทวิทยาศาสตร์ กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญในการตรวจประเมินกรอบแนวคิดเชิงทฤษฎีและกรอบแนวคิดการออกแบบโมเดลสิ่งแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ฯ จำนวน 8 คน และนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนศรีเสมาวิทยาเสริม จำนวน 52 คน รูปแบบการวิจัยที่ใช้ในครั้งนี้ คือ การวิจัยเชิงพัฒนา (developmental research) การศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ ระยะที่ 1 การพัฒนาโมเดล (model development) ใช้วิธีการศึกษา ได้แก่ การวิจัยเอกสารและการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ใช้การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการบรรยายและสรุปตีความ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กรอบแนวคิดเชิงทฤษฎีของโมเดลสิ่งแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ฯ ประกอบด้วย 6 พื้นฐาน คือ 1) พื้นฐานด้านจิตวิทยาการเรียนรู้ 2) พื้นฐานด้านศาสตร์การสอน 3) พื้นฐานด้านบริบท 4) พื้นฐานด้านการคิดสร้างสรรค์ 5) พื้นฐานด้านทฤษฎีสื่อและเทคโนโลยี และ 6) พื้นฐานด้านประสาทวิทยาศาสตร์ 2) กรอบแนวคิดการออกแบบ ประกอบด้วย 4 พื้นฐาน คือ 1) การกระตุ้นการสร้างโครงสร้างทางปัญญาและส่งเสริมการคิดสร้างสรรค์ 2) การสนับสนุนการปรับสมดุลทางปัญญา 3) การส่งเสริมการสร้างความรู้และการคิดสร้างสรรค์ และ 4) การช่วยเหลือและสนับสนุนการสร้างความรู้ และสังเคราะห์เป็นองค์ประกอบของโมเดลสิ่งแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ฯ ดังนี้ (1) สถานการณ์ปัญหา (2) คลังปัญญา (3) ห้องเครื่องมือทางปัญญา (4) ห้องชุมชนใกล้เคียง (5) ห้องแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ (6) ห้องให้คำแนะนำ (7) ห้องส่งเสริมการคิดสร้างสรรค์ และ (8) ห้องการช่วยเหลือ

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to synthesize framework of Constructivist Web-based Learning Environment Model to Enhancing Creative Thinking: Integration pedagogy and neuroscience. Research designs were document analysis and survey. This study was based on developmental research in phase 1 was model development. The target groups were the 8 experts reviewed document and design framework, the 52 students in grade 12 from Srisemawittayaserm School. The data collection was qualitative method. Data were analyzed by using descriptive and analytical summary interpretation. The results revealed that: The synthesis framework of Constructivist Web-based Learning Environment Model, there were the theoretical framework consisted of 6 foundation bases as the following; 1) Context base 2) Psychological base 3) Pedagogies base 4) Creative Thinking base 5) Media Theory and Technology base and 6) Neuroscience base. The designing framework consisted of 4 crucial bases as the following; 1) the activation of cognitive structure and enhancement creative thinking, 2) the support for adjusting cognitive conflict 3) the support and enhancement in วารสารวิทยบริการ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ (2560), 28(1), 118-129 knowledge construction and creative thinking, and 4) the support for cognitive structure and helping of creative thinking. According to the synthesis of 8 components as the following: (1) Problem base, (2) Resource, (3) Room related communities, (4) Room cognitive tools, (5) Room collaboration, (6) Room for coaching, (7) Room enhancement creative thinking, and (8) Room for help.
