Abstract: การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรท้องถิ่นต่อภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารและสมาชิกสภาท้องถิ่นในอำเภอย่านตาขาว จังหวัดตรัง 2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรท้องถิ่นต่อภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารและสมาชิกสภาท้องถิ่นในอำเภอย่านตาขาว จังหวัดตรัง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ บุคลากรท้องถิ่นในเขต อำเภอย่านตาขาว จังหวัดตรัง จำนวน 281 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการรวบรวมข้อมูล จากนั้นประมวลผลและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบสมมุติฐานใช้ Independent t-test และ F-test (One-way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) บุคลากรท้องถิ่นมีความคิดเห็นต่อภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารและสมาชิกสภาท้องถิ่นในอำเภอย่านตาขาว จังหวัดตรัง ในระดับปานกลาง 2) บุคลากรท้องถิ่นที่มีเพศ ระดับการศึกษา ตำแหน่งการทำงาน ระยะเวลาการปฏิบัติงาน ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสมาชิกสภาท้องถิ่นในเขตอำเภอย่านตาขาว จังหวัดตรัง ไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนบุคลากรท้องถิ่นที่มีอายุและรายได้ต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นกับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสมาชิกสภาท้องถิ่นในอำเภอย่านตาขาว จังหวัดตรัง แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Abstract: sformational leadership of the local administrators and councilors in Yan Ta Khao district, Trang province and 2) compare of the local personnel perspectives regarding to the transformational leadership of the local administrators and councilors in Yan Ta Khao district, Trang province. The sample consisted of 281 local personnel. Questionnaire was an instrument in collecting data and then analyzed by the statistic packaging program. Statistics tools in analyze were percentage, mean, standard deviation; and for testing hypotheses the independent T-test and F-test (One-way ANOVA) The research found that: 1) local personnel opinions about transformational leadership of the local administrators and councilors in Yan Ta Khao district, Trang province were at moderate level, 2) local personnel with differences in sex, education level, position and period operating performance difference statistically significant about transformational leaderships of the local administrators and councilors in Yan ta Khao District, Trang province and the local personnel with differences in age and income indicated difference statistically significant at .05 about transformational leaderships of administrators and local councilors in Yan ta Khao District, Trang province.
