Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาทักษะการเขียนและหาประสิทธิภาพของแบบฝึกทักษะการเขียนโดยใช้เทคนิค B-SLIM Model ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ตามเกณฑ์ประสิทธิภาพ 80/80 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบทักษะการเขียนภาษาอังกฤษก่อนเรียนกับหลังเรียนโดยใช้เทคนิค B-SLIM Model กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โรงเรียนบ้านสร้างมิ่ง และโรงเรียนบ้านนาขามดอนติ้ว อำเภอม่วงสามสิบ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 1 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวน 30 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดย การสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบฝึกทักษะการเขียนโดยใช้เทคนิค B-SLIM Model และแบบทดสอบวัดทักษะการเขียนภาษาอังกฤษที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น โดยแบบทดสอบมีค่า ความยากง่าย (p) ระหว่าง .44-.59 และค่าอำนาจจำแนก (r) อยู่ระหว่าง .23-.95 โดยมีความเชื่อมั่นของแบบทดสอบทั้งฉบับ = .90 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. นักเรียนมีทักษะการเขียนอยู่ในระดับดี โดยมีคะแนนเฉลี่ย 24.63 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 82.11 แบบฝึกทักษะการเขียนโดยใช้เทคนิค B-SLIM Model มีประสิทธิภาพของกระบวนการ และประสิทธิภาพของผลลัพธ์ เท่ากับ 87.57/82.11 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่ตั้งไว้ 80/80 2. นักเรียนมีทักษะการเขียนภาษาอังกฤษโดยใช้เทคนิค B-SLIM Model หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01"

Abstract: The purposes of this research were to 1) develop the student’s writing skills by using B-SLIM Model for the fourth graders and study the efficiency of the writing drills based on the efficiency criteria of 80/80, 2) to compare the students’ writing skills before and after using the drills by using B-SLIM Model. The sample consisted of 30 fourth graders studying in the second semester of academic year 2020 at Bansangming School and Bannakhamdonteaw School, gained by cluster sampling. The research instruments were the drills by using B-SLIM Model and a writing test made by the researcher, the test had the difficulty indices between .44-.59, the discrimination indices between .23-.95, and the reliability of .90. The statistics used for data analysis was mean, percentage, standard deviation, and t-test. The research findings were as follows: 1. The students had the writing skills at the level of good, with the mean score of 24.63, which was at 82.11 percent, the developed drills by using B-SLIM Model had efficiency values of 87.57/82.11, based on the standardized criteria of 80/80. 2. The students’ writing skills after using the developed drills was significantly higher than that before using them at the .01 level.
