Abstract:
The objective of this research was to study the satisfaction of students with teaching and learning management and support learning of Faculty of Education, Burapha University in the academic year 2021. The researchers used survey research and quantitative research medthods. The samples group used in this research were students from the Faculty of Education, Burapha University in the academic year 2021 which was obtained by calculating according to the formula of the Krejcie and Morgan divided into 311 undergraduate students received 285 questionnaires, representing 91.64 percent, and 202 graduate level students received 184 questionnaires, representing 91.09 percent. The research tools were: 1) a questionnaire on the satisfaction of undergraduate students with Teaching and Learning Management and Support Learning of Faculty of Education, Burapha University, and 2) a questionnaire on the satisfaction of graduate students with Teaching and Learning Management and Support Learning of Faculty of Education, Burapha University, with a reliability value of 0.99. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean (𝑥̅)
and standard deviation (SD).
The results revealed that:
1. Undergraduate students were satisfied with the teaching and learning management of the Faculty of Education, Burapha University, with an overall satisfaction at a high level (𝑥̅ = 3.77, SD = 0.80). The aspect that had the highest satisfaction was the measurement and evaluation (𝑥̅ = 3.89, SD = 0.73), while the aspect with the lowest satisfaction was the use of teaching media (𝑥̅ = 3.57, SD = 0.87). For satisfaction towards the support learning of Faculty of Education, Burapha University, overall, it was at a high level (𝑥̅ = 3.53, SD = 0.95). The aspect that had the highest satisfaction was the provision of advice (𝑥̅ = 3.96, SD = .81), while the aspect with the lowest satisfaction was the educational equipment (𝑥̅ = 3.28, SD = 0.98).
2. Graduate students were satisfied with the teaching and learning management of the Faculty of Education, Burapha University, with an overall satisfaction at a high level (𝑥̅ = 4.42, SD = 0.71). The aspect that had the highest satisfaction was the promotion of learning activities (𝑥̅ = 4.52, SD = 0.65), while the aspect with the lowest satisfaction was the use of teaching media (𝑥̅ = 4.25, SD = 0.79). For satisfaction towards the support learning of Faculty of Education, Burapha University, overall, it was at a high level (𝑥̅ = 4.23, SD = 0.79). The aspect that had the highest satisfaction was the provision of advice (𝑥̅ = 4.45, SD = 0.72), while the aspect with the lowest satisfaction was the educational equipment (𝑥̅ = 4.09, SD = 0.81).
