Abstract: This research aims to study three objectives. Firstly, it aims to study the curriculum of training programs on empowerment for social workers in the field of strengthening power. Secondly, it aims to study the process of training programs on empowerment for social workers in the field of strengthening power. Lastly, it aims to study the impact of empowerment in the curriculum of training programs on social awareness and social action, using qualitative research methods for data collection and analysis. The findings reveal that the development of the empowerment curriculum for Ban Sai (alias) is related to the movement of feminist ideals in Thailand, which seeks to cultivate social workers and social activists with a mindset, process, and knowledge of feminist empowerment. This will create changes in both individual consciousness and social action. The curriculum for enhancing the power of feminine ideology at Ban Sai aims to enable learners to understand and perceive their own power through a comprehensive understanding of the concept of feminine power. This includes two main concepts: the first being gender equality and the second being process-oriented thinking. The curriculum focuses on learning about moral psychology, learning about power and injustice, particularly related to gender. The learning process in the curriculum includes important activities such as initial deconstruction, exploration, and adjustment of life perspectives, as well as the second activity of deconstruction, exploration, and adjustment of knowledge, and the third activity of reforming power and life. Through the empowerment curriculum of feminist ideology, it is found that there are changes both in the level of consciousness and social actions of social workers. At the level of building consciousness, it involves setting goals by creating a sense of empowerment related to "Recovery," "Management," "Overcoming," and "Transformation" that will determine one's own abilities. Reflecting and drawing on foundational knowledge and experiences, skills and competencies are applied in the process of reforming the lives of social workers. It is found that the creation of internal power (power within) occurs at two levels: the creation of a safe space and a comfort space. In terms of social actions, there are three forms observed from the participation of the empowerment curriculum of feminist ideology: the first form concerns the development of social service systems, the second form involves social change, and the third form focuses on social development. The challenge of this research is how this process can be replicated in an environment filled with unjust power structures. Although the operations of the curriculum reinforce the empowerment of practitioners, in this case, social activists who act to expand power, it still relies on a dense operational space combined with the internal empowerment to become a psychological empowerment. Therefore, it remains a challenge to generate a continuous process of driving feminist movements forward.

Abstract: การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์อยู่สามประการคือ ประการที่หนึ่งเพื่อศึกษาหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมแนวสตรีนิยมสำหรับนักปฏิบัติการสังคมสงเคราะห์ในด้านการเสริมพลังอำนาจ ประการที่สองเพื่อศึกษากระบวนการฝึกอบรมแนวสตรีนิยมสำหรับนักปฏิบัติการสังคมสงเคราะห์ในด้านการเสริมพลังอำนาจ และประการที่สามเพื่อศึกษาผลการเสริมพลังอำนาจในหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมแนวสตรีนิยม ด้านการปลุกจิตสำนึกรู้และการกระทำการทางสังคม โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพในการเก็บข้อมูลและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ทั้งนี้มีข้อค้นพบ กล่าวคือ พลวัตของหลักสูตรการเสริมพลังอำนาจแนวสตรีนิยมของบ้านทราย (นามสมมติ) มีพัฒนาการที่เกี่ยวข้องสัมพันธ์กับกระบวนการเคลื่อนไหวสตรีนิยม ในประเทศไทย ที่ต้องการสร้างเรียนรู้แก่นักปฏิบัติการทางสังคม หมายรวมถึงนักสังคมสงเคราะห์ มีอุดมการณ์ กระบวนการ และความรู้ในการเสริมพลังอำนาจแนวสตรีนิยม ที่จะสร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลงทั้งในระดับจิตสำนึกรู้ และ ระดับการกระทำการทางสังคม หลักสูตรการเสริมพลังอำนาจแนวสตรีนิยมของบ้านทราย มีอุดมการณ์ กระบวนการ และเนื้อหา ที่มุ่งหมายให้ผู้รับปฏิบัติการเรียนรู้และมองเห็น “พลังอำนาจของตน” ผ่านการเรียนรู้อย่างเข้าใจในฐานคิดเชิงอุดมการณ์ ที่จะปฏิบัติการทางความคิดกับผู้รับปฏิบัติการ นั่นคือ แนวคิดแรกเรื่องความเป็นธรรมทางเพศ และ แนวคิดที่สอง ฐานคิดเชิงกระบวนการ ได้แก่ แนวคิดการเรียนรู้เพื่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง และ แนวคิดการฟื้นฟูพลังอำนาจ โดยมีเนื้อหาหลักสูตรการเสริมพลังอำนาจแนว สตรีนิยม ที่เน้นการเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับญาณวิทยาความเป็นธรรมเป็นบทเรียนรู้เรื่องอำนาจและความไม่เป็นธรรม โดยเฉพาะความไม่เป็นธรรมด้วยเหตุแห่งเพศ ทั้งนี้มีกระบวนการการเรียนรู้ของหลักสูตร ปฏิบัติการ สำคัญ ได้แก่ ปฏิบัติการแรกการรื้อ ค้น ปรับอุดมการณ์ชีวิต ปฏิบัติการที่สองการรื้อค้น ปรับความรู้ และ ปฏิบัติที่สามการปฏิรูปอำนาจและชีวิต การปฏิรูปชีวิตนักสังคมสงเคราะห์ ผ่านหลักสูตรการเสริมพลังอำนาจแนวสตรีนิยม พบว่า มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงทั้งในระดับจิตสำนึกรู้และการกระทำการทางสังคม ทั้งนี้ระดับการสร้างจิตสำนึกรู้ เป็นการกำหนดเป้าหมายด้วยการสร้างความหมายเชิงพลังอำนาจของตน ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคำว่า “ฟื้นฟู เยียวยา” “จัดการ” “ผ่านพ้น” และ “เปลี่ยนแปลง” ที่จะมีการกำหนดความสามารถของตนเอง การทบทวนและดึงชุดความรู้ฐานประสบการณ์ สมรรถนะเชิงทักษะในตน ที่นำมาใช้ในการปฏิรูปชีวิตของนักสังคมสงเคราะห์ ซึ่งพบการกำหนดสร้างพื้นที่อำนาจภายใน (power within) ให้เกิดขึ้น 2 ระดับ ได้แก่ การสร้างพื้นที่การคุ้มครองภายใน (safe space) และ พื้นที่ปลอดภัยภายใน (comfort space) ในระดับการกระทำการทางสังคม พบบทเรียนจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ที่เข้าร่วมปฏิบัติการของหลักสูตรการเสริมพลังอำนาจแนวสตรีนิยม มี 3 รูปแบบ ได้แก่ รูปแบบแรกการกระทำการทางสังคม ว่าด้วยเรื่อง การพัฒนาระบบบริการทางสังคม (Social Service) รูปแบบที่สอง การเปลี่ยนแปลงสังคม (Social Change) และ รูปแบบที่สามการพัฒนาสังคม (Social Development) ข้อท้าทายของงานวิจัยเล่มนี้ คือ กระบวนการดังกล่าวจะผลิตซ้ำอย่างไรในพื้นที่ที่เต็มไปด้วยโครงสร้างความสัมพันธ์เชิงอำนาจที่ไม่เป็นธรรม ทั้งนี้แม้ว่าปฏิบัติการของหลักสูตรจะเสริมสร้างให้ผู้รับปฏิบัติการ ในที่นี้คือ นักสังคมสงเคราะห์ เป็นผู้กระทำการขยายพลังอำนาจ แต่ทั้งนี้ต้องอาศัยพื้นที่ปฏิบัติการที่เข้มข้น ผนวกกับการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจภายในจนกลายเป็นญาณวิทยาเชิงอำนาจ จึงถือว่ายังคงเป็นความท้าทายให้เกิดขบวนการขับเคลื่อนแนวสตรีนิยมก้าวต่ออย่างต่อเนื่อง
