Abstract:
The objectives of this research were to: 1) develop the additional curriculum of
dramatic arts on the Natayamala dance for Primary 6 (Grade 6) students, and 2) study
the results of applying the curriculum.
The samples used in this research were separated into two phases. Phase 1: the curriculum development; samples included 55 people who were locals, directors, and teachers, as well as 9 administrators and faculty of teachers. Phase 2: the findings of curriculum utilizing; samples selected by cluster sampling, were 25 Primary 6 (Grade 6) students of Pieamsuwan Wittaya school, Office of the Private Education Commission, in the first semester of academic year 2021. Mean, standard deviation, t-test (dependent), and percentage were used to analyze the data.
The results of study were found that: 1) the development of additional curriculum of dramatic arts on the Natayamala dance for Primary 6 (Grade 6) students, the administrators and faculty of teachers satisfied with the curriculum efficiency at the highest level, 2) the result of curriculum implementation was found that learning achievement of Primary 6 (Grade 6) students after study with the curriculum was higher than before study at the statistically significant level of .05. Considering each aspect, the student s content achievement was at excellent level and the practical achievement was at excellent level. In conclusion, students learning achievement was at excellent level.
