Abstract:
This research aimed to: 1) investigate the academic leadership of school administrators under the Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, 2) examine the level and quality of teamwork under the Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, and 3) explore how the academic leadership of school administrators affects teamwork under the Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2.
The research derived samples from cluster sampling of a population consisting of 297 teachers at schools under the Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, during the academic year 2020. The instrument was a questionnaire. The data were statistically analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The research results revealed that: 1) academic leadership of school administrators under the Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 showed a high level, 2) overall teamwork under the Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 indicated the high level, and 3) the areas in which the academic leadership of school administrators affected and predicted teamwork under the Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 were identified as teacher development, measurement and evaluation, curriculum management and teaching, respectively, with statistical significance at the .05 level.
