Abstract:
Customer review in games platform help game
developer to improve their product from customer
feedback. But reading all of review could be a time
consuming or reading only useful review could be biased.
Existed studies are focused on movies and business
review. This paper Proposed ULMFiT (Universal
Language Model Fine-tuning) based on AWD-LSTM for
sentiment analysis in gaming review from Steam platform.
Using Language model performed by transfer learning
method that already trained with Wikitext-103, pretraining
the review dataset with tokenization and
numericalization. For accuracy testing. The experiment
was divided in three case of training per validation ratio.
80:20, 65:35 and 50:50. Accuracy of each case is 86.4%,
85.03% and 83.98% respectively
