Conditions and Decision-making Behavior in Curriculum Leadership Local to the Practice of Opportunity Expansion School under the Lampang Primary Education Service Area Office 2
Abstract:
The objectives of this research were to Study the conditions and to study the Behavior in Curriculum Leadership Local to the Practice of Opportunity Expansion School under the Lampang Primary Education Service Area Office 2. The research process is divided into 2 steps: Step 1: a study of Conditions of implementing local curriculum into practice of Opportunity Expansion School and Step 2 a Study decision-making behavior in the implementation of Opportunity Expansion School. The Samples used in the Study from 50 of kindergarten teacher, Elementary School Teacher and Middle School Teacher. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. These are percentage, frequency, mean and standard deviation.
The result of this research were 1) The Conditions of bringing local curriculum into practice of Opportunity Expansion School under the Lampang Primary Education Service Area Office 2. It was found that the problem was at a high level. 2) The study found that most of the school administrators had the most participatory decision-making behavior in Curriculum Leadership Local. It was found that the administrators had a high participatory decision-making behavior in the administration of local curriculum implementation. accounted for 45.82%, followed by democracy accounted for 44.39% and autocratic accounted for 9.79 percent
