Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to 1) Study the level of opinions on transformational leadership, organization culture, knowledge sharing, absorptive capacity, and Innovative Work Behavior of convenience store managers in Thailand, 2) Study the causal relationships transformational leadership, organization culture, knowledge sharing, absorptive capacity, And Innovative Work Behavior of convenience store managers in Thailand, 3) propose the appropriate model that support the innovative work behavior of convenience store managers in Thailand. The sampling group was 500 convenience store managers in Thailand. The descriptive statistics in this study include frequency, percentage and standard deviation. The Structural Equation Model (SEM) analyzed, using AMOS used systematic content analysis.
The results of the research found that 1) Opinion on innovation behavior was at the highest level in transformational leadership. Organization culture Knowledge sharing Absorptive capability and opinions was at a high level. 2) The causal relationship for innovation of convenience store managers in Thailand. Are in harmony with the empirical data with value = 75.307, df= 61, = 1.235, p-Value= 0.103, SRMR = 0.005, RMSEA= 0.022, GFI= 0.985, CFI= 0.999, NFI= 0.994 A Causal Effect Of Innovativeness Of Convenience Store Manager In Thailand Caused by the ability to Absorptive capability And transformational leadership. Considering the indirect influence of variables on innovative work behavior of convenience store managers in Thailand, it was found that knowledge sharing variables were indirectly influenced through Absorptive capability. Transformational leadership were influenced indirectly through organizational culture. Knowledge sharing And Absorptive capability And organizational culture Influence indirectly through knowledge sharing And Absorptive capability.
