Abstract:
rators, 2) study the level of management of the intensive Islamic curriculum, to compare the role of school administrators by variables of gender, age and schools size, 3) compare the management of the intensive Islamic curriculum by variables of gender, age and size of schools, 4) study the relationship between the role of school administrators and management of the intensive Islamic curriculum and 6) analyze suggestions the role of school administrators and management of the intensive Islamic curriculum under Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample used in the research was a group of 272 teachers under Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 selected by Taro Yamane formula. The research instrument was a questionnaire divided into 4 parts. The statistics for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test. The Schefes method and Pearson's correlation coefficient were used after the difference was found.
The results of the research were as follows :
1. The overall level of the role of school administrators under Pattani Primary Educational Servic Area Office 2 was high.
2. The overall level of management of the intensive Islamic curriculum under Pattani Primary Educational Servic Area Office 2 was high.
3. The comparison the role of school administrators under Pattani Primary Educational Servic Area Office 2 classified by variables of gender, age, and schools size, the overall and individual aspects were not different. The variable as position working experience was significantly different at .05.
4. The comparison of management of the intensive Islamic curriculum under Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 classified by variables of gender, age and schools size, the overall and individual aspects were not different. The variable as position working experience was significantly different at .05.
5. There was a high significant positive relationship at the .01 between the role of school administrators and management of the intensive Islamic curriculum under Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2.
6. The suggestions about the role of school administrators and intensive Islamic curriculum management were found that administrators should facilitate the management of the intensive Islamic curriculum, focus on the curriculum, advice everything, support, plan, permit and listen to the teaching problems and solve them.
