Abstract:
This research aimed to study; 1) academic leadership of school administrators under Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, 2) teaching efficiency of teachers under Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, 3) the relationship between academic leadership of school administrators and teaching efficiency of teachers under Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, and 4) academic leadership of school administrators affecting teaching efficiency of teachers under Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The samples of this research were 342 school administrators and teachers under Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. The reliability of innovative leadership of school administrators was 0.82 and efficiency of academic administration was 0.74. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation, Pearsons Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and Stepwise Multiple Regression.
The research results were as follows:
1. The academic leadership of school administrators under Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in overall was at the highest level. When considering each aspect, there were at the highest average level. There was professional teachers development, defining vision, goal and the learning mission, curriculum and teaching management, and the supervision learning management. The lowest average level was making the environment to support to learn.
2. The teaching efficiency of teachers under Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in overall was at the highest level. When considering each aspect, there were at the highest average level. There was making atmosphere and environment support to learn, measurement and evaluation learning, the various techniques and teaching skill, plan and prepare to teach. The lowest average was the knowledge and understanding to curriculum and content of subject that teaching
3. The relationship between academic leadership of school administrators and teaching efficiency of teachers under Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was positively correlated with the statistical significance at .01.
4. The academic leadership of school administrators found that make the environment to support to learning (X5), professional teachers development (X4), curriculum and teaching management (X2) could predicted the teaching efficiency of teachers under Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 at 54.70 percent.
