Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study: 1) the level of the factors related to the acceptance of educational innovation of secondary school teachers in Nakhon Nayok province. 2) The level of the acceptance of educational innovation of secondary school teachers, and 3) the factors affecting of the acceptance of educational innovation of secondary school teachers.
The samples of this research consisted of 239 secondary school teachers under the secondary educational service area office Prachinburi Nakhon Nayok selected by stratified random sampling. The research instrument used for collecting data was Likert five-point scale questionnaires with the reliability of .96. The data were analyzed by the statistical analysis of percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearsons product moment correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis the enter method.
The research results revealed as follows: 1) the overall of the factors related to the acceptance of educational innovation of secondary school teachers was at the high level. 2) The level of the acceptance of educational innovation of secondary school teachers was at the high level, and 3) the factors affecting the acceptance of educational innovation of secondary school teachers were benefit of innovation, ease of use innovation, attitude and support of administrator. These factors could predict the acceptance of educational innovation of secondary school teachers at 56.9 Percent at the statistical significant level of .01.
