Abstract: การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการยอมรับนวัตกรรมทาง การศึกษาของครูมัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดนครนายก 2) ระดับการยอมรับนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาของครู มัธยมศึกษา และ 3) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการยอมรับนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาของครูมัธยมศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูมัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดนครนายก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปราจีนบุรี นครนายก จำนวน 239 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือ ที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถาม เท่ากับ .96 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบนำตัวแปรทั้งหมด เข้าสมการ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการยอมรับนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาของครูมัธยมศึกษา มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) การยอมรับนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาของครูมัธยมศึกษา มีค่าเฉลี่ย โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการยอมรับนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาของครูมัธยมศึกษา ได้แก่ ประโยชน์ของนวัตกรรม ความง่ายในการใช้งานนวัตกรรม ทัศนคติ และการสนับสนุนของผู้บริหาร สามารถพยากรณ์การยอมรับนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาของครูมัธยมศึกษา ได้ร้อยละ 56.9 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

Abstract: The purposes of this research were to study: 1) the level of the factors related to the acceptance of educational innovation of secondary school teachers in Nakhon Nayok province. 2) The level of the acceptance of educational innovation of secondary school teachers, and 3) the factors affecting of the acceptance of educational innovation of secondary school teachers. The samples of this research consisted of 239 secondary school teachers under the secondary educational service area office Prachinburi Nakhon Nayok selected by stratified random sampling. The research instrument used for collecting data was Likert five-point scale questionnaires with the reliability of .96. The data were analyzed by the statistical analysis of percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis – the enter method. The research results revealed as follows: 1) the overall of the factors related to the acceptance of educational innovation of secondary school teachers was at the high level. 2) The level of the acceptance of educational innovation of secondary school teachers was at the high level, and 3) the factors affecting the acceptance of educational innovation of secondary school teachers were benefit of innovation, ease of use innovation, attitude and support of administrator. These factors could predict the acceptance of educational innovation of secondary school teachers at 56.9 Percent at the statistical significant level of .01.
