Abstract:
This study aimed to: 1) develop case-based online training on discipline for the government teachers and educational personnel in Bangkok service area, 2) investigate
the teachers training achievement after using the case-based online training on discipline
for the government teachers and educational personnel in Bangkok service area, and
3) study the learning effectiveness index of the case based online training on discipline
for the government teachers and educational personnel in Bangkok service area.
The population in the study were 1,877 government teachers and educational
personnel in Bangkok service area in the position of assistant teachers. The samples
were 30 assistant teachers who were selected by purposive sampling. The research
instruments included: 1) the online training on discipline for the government teachers
and educational personnel in Bangkok service area, and 2) pre- and post-training tests
consisted of 60 items which had passed quality test.
The research results showed that: 1) the quality of the online training on
discipline for the government teachers and educational personnel in Bangkok service
area, was at a good level (x̅=4.29, SD=0.55); 2) the learning achievement of posttest
was higher than pretest at the statistical significance level of .05; 3) the learning
effectiveness index was at 0.68; in other words, the samples knowledge was increased
by 68.00%.
