Abstract:
The research aimed to study 1) the behavior of consumers buying used clothes in Pathum Thani Province 2) to study the factors associated with the consumers buying behavior. The study was conducted with the participation of 385 consumers who buy used clothes in Pathum Thani Province. The statistics used for the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and Chi-square test for relationship analysis. The research findings were as follows: 1. Most consumers of used clothes in Pathum Thani Province lived in Khlong Luang district. What they bought most often were trousers because of the cheap prices. They bought used clothes at the beginning of the month and they made the buying decision themselves. They bought the used clothes on the spot when they were impressed. Buying locations were mostly fleamarkets. 2. The personal factors which were related to used clothes buying behavior of consumers in Pathum Thani Province were customer target group and buying reasons at a statistical significance of 0.05. The market mix related to the behavior of buying used clothes the aspects of customer target groups, purchased items, decision-making process and buying opportunities, all statistically significant at a level of 0.05
