Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study, compare, and find the level of relationship of
creative leadership and the administration of school administrators. The samples were school
administrators and teachers in the Narathiwat Primary Educational Service Area Office, which
consisted of 384 people in total. The tool used was a questionnaire created by the researcher,
verified its content validity by 5 experts. The questionnaire received IOC between 0.67-1.00 and
the reliability at .992. Data were analyzed by statistics; frequency, percentage, mean, standard
deviation, t-test, F-test based on Scheffes method, and Pearson's correlation coefficient.
The findings showed that the school administrators had creative leadership at a high level.
There was no difference when compared creative leadership classified by gender, position, work
experience and school sizes. Also, when comparing the administration of school administrators
classified by sex and position, it was found that there was no difference. However, when this was
classified by work experience, the finding showed that they were statistically significant at .05.
The relationship between creative leadership and the administration of the school administrators
were positive with a high level of correlation at .01.
