The food industry is currently growing in Cambodia with a market size estimated at $52 million in 2020 (IndustryARC, 2022). The Cambodian food service market is projected to register a CAGR of 14.5% during the forecast period 2022-2027 (MordorIntelligence, 2022). Nowadays people are more inclined towards healthier behaviors because of the pandemic (Pu et al., 2020), and healthy food restaurants are coming up with meal plans that help customer eats healthier. These restaurants came up with different meal plan menus for customers, along with healthy drinks to meet the customers demand. Because of this people are more aware of what theyre eating (Businesswire, 2020).People are relying more and more on online deliveries, fueling the growth of healthy food and organic food in the food service market, and third-party food delivery application (MordorIntelligence, 2022).
