Abstract:
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of opinions regarding the working motivation of employees in the mining industry 2) to study the level of opinions regarding the performance success of employees in the mining industry and 3) to study the working motivation affecting the performance success of employees in the mining industry. The sample group used in this study were 386 employees in the mining industry in Saraburi Province. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis.
The results of the research were as follows : 1) The level of opinion about the working motivation of employees in the mining industry in the overall was at a high level. 2) The level of opinion about the performance success of employees in the overall was at a high level. and 3) The results of a regression analysis of the working motivation affecting the performance success of employees in the overall found that the working motivation in reasonable and fair remuneration, personal ability development, and progress and stability in the work had affected to the performance success of employees with a statistical significance at the 0.05 level.
