Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1. เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของ พระสังฆาธิการในเขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์อำเภอเมืองขอนแก่น จังหวัดขอนแก่น และ 2. เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของพระสังฆาธิการในเขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์อำเภอเมืองขอนแก่น จังหวัดขอนแก่น การวิจัยวิธีวิทยาแบบผสม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ พระสังฆาธิการ จำนวน 148 รูป สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย ใช้แบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่พระสังฆาธิการ จำนวน 10 รูป เลือกแบบเจาะจง ใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ และใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหาและหาข้อสรุป ผลการวิจัย พบว่า : 1. ภาวะผู้นำตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของพระสังฆาธิการในเขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์อำเภอเมืองขอนแก่น จังหวัดขอนแก่น โดยภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ภาวะผู้นำด้านหลักความคุ้มค่า รองลงมา คือ ภาวะผู้นำด้านหลักความโปร่งใส ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ภาวะผู้นำด้านหลักนิติธรรม 2. แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของพระสังฆาธิการในเขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์อำเภอเมืองขอนแก่น จังหวัดขอนแก่น มีดังนี้ 1) ด้านหลักนิติธรรม ควรจัดอบรมให้มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับกฎหมาย ระเบียบ ข้อบังคับต่าง ๆ เกี่ยวกับคณะสงฆ์อย่างต่อเนื่อง 2) ด้านหลักคุณธรรม ควรมีความเอื้ออาทรต่อบุคลากร 3) ด้านหลักความโปร่งใส ควรเปิดโอกาสให้ชุมชนได้รับรู้เกี่ยวกับรายรับรายจ่ายของวัดอย่างตรงไปตรงมา 4) ด้านหลักการมีส่วนร่วม ควรมีโครงการที่มีการปฏิบัติร่วมกันระหว่างชุมชนท้องถิ่น 5) ด้านหลักความรับผิดชอบ ควรมีการประเมินผล กำกับและติดตามงานที่ได้มอบหมายอย่างจริงจัง และ 6) ด้านหลักความคุ้มค่า ควรมีการจัดสวัสดิการให้มีความประหยัดและความคุ้มค่าเหมาะสม ควรนำเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่มาพัฒนาองค์กรให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพ และควรใช้ศาสนสมบัติให้เกิดประโยชน์และคุ้มค่า

Abstract: The objectives of this research were: 1) to study leadership in accordance with the principles of good governance of monks in the Mueang Khon Kaen District Sangha Administration Area; 2) to propose guidelines for the development of leadership according to the good governance principles of the monks the Mueang Khon Kaen District Sangha Administration Area, Khon Kaen Province. This study was carried out by means of the mixed research methodology. The samples included 148 monks, selected by Simple Sampling. The questionnaire with its reliability value of 0.98 was used to collect the data. The statistics used in data analysis included: Frequency, Mean, Percentage and Standard Deviation. The target group was 10 monks, selected by Purposive Sampling. The interview form was used to collect the data. The obtained data were interpreted by Content Analysis to find the conclusion. The research results were as follows: 1) The leadership according to the principles of good governance of the monks in overall had its mean score at a high level. The highest was seen in the aspect of ‘Efficiency’, followed by that of ‘Transparency’ and the least was seen in that of “Rule of law’. 2) The guidelines for development of leadership according to good governance of monks in the Mueang Khon Kaen District Sangha Administration Area are as follows: (1) Rule of law: 1) there should be a training for monks to have knowledge and understand laws and regulations of monks; (2) Morality: there should be generosity towards personnel; (3) Transparency: the community should be given an opportunity to know about the temple's income and expenditure; (4) Participation: there should be a project with common practice among local communities; (5) Responsibility: there should be a serious evaluation, supervision and monitor of the assigned work; (6) Value of Money: welfare should be provided to be economical and worthwhile. Modern technology should be taken to develop the organization to be effective and religious assets should be used for worthwhile benefits.
