Abstract:
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the condition of personnel management, 2) to develop personnel management according to Brahmavihara 4 and 3) to propose the process of personnel management according to Brahmawihan 4 principles of primary schools. Under the primary school district office The research methodology was a combination of methods, which was a quantitative research, asking a sample of 327 people. The statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation. Qualitatively, interviews with 10 qualified persons and 10 group discussions were used for content analysis.
The results of the research found that:
1. Personnel management conditions of primary schools under the primary school district office, all 5 aspects overall were at a high level, namely, manpower planning and positioning. Discipline and Discipline Enhancement of efficiency in government service out of government service and in terms of recruiting and recruiting
2. Development of personnel management according to Brahmawihan 4 principles of primary schools under the Office of Primary Education Areas, follow the scope of personnel management in educational institutions in all 5 aspects according to the 4 Brahma Vihara principles and the number of 4 activities.
3. Propose the process of personnel management according to Brahmawihan 4 principles of primary schools.
