This study was carried out by means of mixed-method research, divided into three phases. In phase 1, the informants were five experts, and the sample group consisted of 285 school directors, teachers, and volunteer teachers. The research tools included a component assessment form and a questionnaire on current and desirable conditions. In phase 2: ten informants from three schools with excellent practice and experts joined a seminar. The tools are the strategic assessment form. In phase 3, there were nine experts, and the research tools included a feasibility, suitability, suitability, and usefulness assessment form. The statistics used in the data analysis were: Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, and Need Analysis.
The research results found that (1) the current condition, the desirable condition, and the needs of the administration for the elderly schools: 1.1) the overall current condition was statistically rated at a moderate level. When each aspect was considered, it was found that the aspect of the general administration had the highest mean value, followed by that of budget administration, personnel administration, and academic administration, respectively; 1.2) desirable condition was overall rated at the highest level. When each aspect was considered, it was found that the aspect of academic administration had the highest mean value, followed by that of personnel administration, general administration, and budget administration, respectively. 1.3) For necessary needs, the highest mean value was seen in academic administration, followed by personnel administration, budget administration, and general administration, respectively. (2) The results of the development of the administrative strategy for the elderly schools according to the Four Saṅgahavatthu in the Roi Kaen Sarasin group found that the main components of the strategy consisted of 1) lifestyle towards learning society and health; 2) accelerating the professional development of careers for the elderly caretakers; 3) establishing a shared vision and building a learning network (at all levels), and 4) mobilizing resources, which has 20 sub-components, 50 indicators. (3) The results of the strategy evaluation: characteristics of the implementation process, feasibility, suitability, and usefulness overall were rated at the highest level.
