Abstract: สารสกัดจากใบมะเขือเทศ (Solanum lycopersicum L.) ที่สกัดด้วยตัวทำละลายสาม ชนิดคือแอลกอฮอล์ อะซิโตน และน้ำ มาทดสอบประสิทธิภาพต่อหนอนใยผักวัยที่ 2 ถึง 3 ในด้าน การเป็นสารฆ่าแมลง สารไล่แมลง และสารยับยั้งการเจริญเติบโต ประสิทธิภาพด้านการเป็นสาร ฆ่าแมลง ทำการทดสอบด้วยวิธี leaf dipping และtopical application การทดสอบด้วยวิธี leaf dipping พบว่าสารสกัดจากใบมะเขือเทศที่สกัดด้วยแอลกอฮอล์ อะซิโตน และน้ำมีสิทธิภาพใน การฆ่าหนอนใยผัก ซึ่งมีค่า LC50 ต่อหนอนใยผักที่ระยะเวลา 24 ชั่วโมงเท่ากับ 13.84, 18.78 และ 27.47 เปอร์เซ็นต์ (v/v) ตามลำดับ และการทดสอบด้วยวิธี topical application พบว่าสารสกัด จากใบมะเขือเทศที่สกัดด้วยแอลกอฮอล์ อะซิโตน และน้ำมีสิทธิภาพในการฆ่าหนอนใยผัก ซึ่งมีค่า LD50 ต่อหนอนใยผักที่ระยะเวลา 24 ชั่วโมงเท่ากับ 23.62, 21.89 และ61.94 เปอร์เซ็นต์ (v/v) ตามลำดับ ประสิทธิภาพด้านการเป็นสารไล่แมลง พบว่าสารสกัดจากใบมะเขือเทศที่สกัดด้วย แอลกอฮอล์ อะซิโตน และน้ำ มีประสิทธิภาพในการเป็นสารไล่หนอนใยผักซึ่งมีค่าเปอร์เซ็นต์การไล่ เฉลี่ยที่ 5 ชั่วโมงเท่ากับ 35.56, 35.56 และ31.11 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ตามลำดับ สำหรับประสิทธิภาพใน การเป็นสารยับยั้งการเจริญเติบโต พบว่าสารสกัดจากใบมะเขือเทศที่สกัดด้วยแอลกอฮอล์ อะซิโตน และน้ำ มีประสิทธิภาพต่ำในการเป็นสารยับยั้งการเจริญเติบโตต่อหนอนใยผัก Tomato leaves (Solanum lycopersicum L.) extraction from three solvents; alcohol, acetone and water were tested on 2 -3 instar diamondback moth larvae for the insecticidal efficacy; insecticidal effect, repellent effect and growth inhibition. Insecticidal efficiencies were tested by leaf dipping method and topical application method. In the leaf dipping method, the tomato crude extract with alcohol, acetone and water showed high insecticidal efficiency and their LC50 at 24 hour were 13.84, 18.78 and 27.47 percent (v/v), respectively. In the topical application method the tomato crude extract with alcohol, acetone and water also showed high insecticidal efficiency and their LD50 at 24 hour were 23.62, 21.89 and 61.94 percent (v/v), respectively. In the repellent test the tomato crude extract with alcohol, acetone and water showed repellency efficiency and their repellent average percentage at 5 hour were 35.56, 35.56 and 31.11 percent, respectively. In the growth inhibition test the tomato crude extract with alcohol, acetone and water showed low growth inhibition efficiency on the diamondback moth.
