Abstract:
ABSTRACT
This research aimed to 1) study the level of creative leadership of school administrators, 2) study the level of schools high performance, and 3) analyze the school administrators creative leadership affecting the high performance of schools. The research sample consisted of 306 teachers under the Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, derived by proportional stratified sampling as distributed by school size. The research instrument included a questionnaire constructed by the researcher.
The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression.The findings of this research were as follows:
1. Overall and in specific aspects, the school administrators creative leadership was at the highest level. The aspects, in descending order, were vision, creativity, teamwork, and flexibility and adaptability.
2. Overall and in specific aspects, the high performance of schools was at the highest level. The aspects, in descending order, were learning environment organization, professional development, involvement of family and community, monitoring of
learning and teaching, beliefs and high expectations for all learners, compliance of curriculum, teaching, and assessment with standards, effective school leadership, high level of cooperation and communication, and clear common goals, respectively.
3. The school administrators creative leadership, including flexibility and adaptability (X1), teamwork (X4), creativity (X3), and vision (X2), together predicted the high performance of schools at the percentage of 85 with statistical significance
level at .05. The regression analysis equation was: Y ̂tot = 0.71 + 0.11 (X1) + 0.39 (X4) + 0.22 (X3) + 0.13 (X2).
