Abstract: การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพทั่วไปของเกษตรกรการวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบต้นทุนและผลตอบแทนการปลูกข้าว การวิเคราะห์จุดคุ้มทุน การวิเคราะห์ข้อดีและข้อเสียของเกษตรกรที่มีที่ดินของตนเองและเกษตรกรผู้เช่าที่ดิน โดยแบ่งเป็นเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าวบนที่ดินตนเอง 60 รายและ เกษตรกรผู้เช่าที่ดิน 60 รายในจังหวัดปทุมธานี ปีการผลิต 2556/2557 ผลการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนและผลตอบแทนของเกษตรกรที่มีที่ดินของตนเองมีต้นทุนทั้งหมดเฉลี่ยไร่ละ 3,924 บาท ผลผลิตเฉลี่ยต่อไร่ 785.17 กิโลกรัมต่อไร่ขายได้ราคา 12 บาทต่อกิโลกรัม กำไรไร่ละ 5,498.04 บาท สำหรับเกษตรกรผู้เช่าที่ดินต้นทุนทั้งหมดเฉลี่ยไร่ละ 4,208.11 บาท ผลผลิตเฉลี่ยต่อไร่ 777.18 กิโลกรัมต่อไร่ ราคา 12 บาทต่อกิโลกรัม กำไรไร่ละ 5,118.05 บาท ผลการวิเคราะห์ผลผลิตคุ้มทุนกับราคาคุ้มทุน พบว่าเกษตรกรที่มีที่ดินของตนเองมีผลผลิตคุ้มทุนและราคาคุ้มทุนที่ต่ำกว่าเกษตรกรผู้เช่าที่ดิน ส่วนผลการเปรียบเทียบโดยใช้ t-test พบว่าต้นทุน ทั้งหมดเฉลี่ยต่อไร่และรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อไร่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ 0.05 โดยเกษตรกรที่มีที่ดินของตนเองได้ผลผลิตและกำไรสูงกว่าเกษตรกรผู้เช่าที่ดิน The research aims to determine the general condition of the farmers. The analysis of cost and yield of rice, breakeven point analysis. An analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of farmer by doing own land and farmer rent the land. Divided by farmer by doing own land 60 people and farmer rent the land 60 people in Pathumthanee Province, crop year 2013/2014 The results of farmer by doing own land showed that costs and yield has average total cost is 3,924 bath. The average yield is 785.17 kilogram/rai, price is 12 bath/ kilogram and profit of 5,498.04 bath/rai. For farmer rent the land has average total cost is 4,208.11 bath. The average yield is 777.18 kilogram/rai, price is 12 bath/kilogram and profit 5,118.05 bath/rai. The results of breakeven point between price and yield showed that farmer by doing own land has price and yield less than farmer rent the land. This research use t-test analysis for comparison between costs and yield has significant is 0.05 of average total cost and average income per rai. This study found that farmer by doing own land has yield and profit more than farmer rent the land.
