Abstract: การวิจัยเรื่อง "การพัฒนารูปแบบและเครือข่ายการจัดการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตของโรงเรียน ผู้สูงอายุ" มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1. เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุ 2.เพื่อพัฒนา รูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตของโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุ และ 3. เพื่อเสริมสร้างเครือข่ายแลกเปลี่ยน เรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุ วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี (Mixed Methods Research) ประชากร นักเรียนบุคคลที่มีอายุ 60 ปีขึ้นไป ในเครือข่ายพื้นที่การขับเคลื่อนงานศูนย์พัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตและ ส่งเสริมอาชีพผู้สูงอายุ (ศพอส. วิทยาลัยผู้สูง อายุปี 2561 จำนวน 21 แห่งๆ ละ 30 คน รวม 630 คน คณะกรรมการวิทยาลัยผู้สูงอายุ จำนวน 147 คน คณะกรรมการวิทยาลัยผู้สูงอายุ ส่วนกลางจำนวน 13 คน คณะกรรมการติดตามและประเมินผลจำนวน 7 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ที่ใช้ใน การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีการดำเนินการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน ได้แก่นักเรียนบุคคลที่มีอายุ 60 ปีขึ้นไป 8 แห่ง จำนวน 240 คนกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครชี้และมอร์แกน ผู้ให้ ข้อมูลสำคัญใช้วิธีเลือกแบบเจาะจง ประกอบด้วย กลุ่มตัวแทนผู้สูงอายุ จำนวน 3 คน กลุ่มผู้บริหาร จำนวน 5 คน กลุ่มผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 3 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่แบบสอบถามและการ สัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกแบบกึ่งมีโครงสร้าง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วน เบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1). พฤติกรรมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุ จากการศึกษาผลการวิจัยพบว่าระดับ ความคิดเห็นของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง เกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุทั้ง 3 ด้าน คือ 3 กลุ่มวิชาคือ 1. วิชาชีวิตผู้สูงอายุส่วนใหญ่มี การใช้ชีวิตในวัยสูงอายุการเตรียมตัวก่อนวัยสูงอายุด้าน ต่างๆ ได้แก่ ด้านเศรษฐกิจสังคมและสุขภาพ, มีการดูแลสุขภาพกาย (3อ) การออกกำลังกาย (เน้น การออกกำลังกายด้วยตนเอง) การออกกำลังกายเพื่อสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุ, มีการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมที่ เหมาะสมและที่พักอาศัยในวัยผู้สูงอายุการจัดสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ได้แก่ ห้องนอน พื้นที่ใช้สอย ทั่วไป และห้องน้ำ, มีการถ่ายทอดภูมิปัญญาผู้สูงอายุภูมิปัญญาไทย, มีการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเข้าจังหวะ ลีลาศ รำไทย บาสะโลบ ดนตรี ร้องเพลงพัฒนาทักษะในการร้อง การเล่นดนตรีการนวดแผนไทย ธรรมชาติบำบัดประโยชน์ของสมุนไพร 2. กลุ่มวิชาชีพผู้สูงอายุส่วนใหญ่มี.เศรษฐกิจพอเพียงเรียนรู้ ปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง 3. กลุ่มวิชาการผู้สูงอายุส่วนใหญ่มี.การเรียนรู้ปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง มี การออมในวัยสูงอายุ ความหมายการออม และความสำคัญของเงินออม, มีโรคเรื้อรังและพบมากใน วัยสูงอายุการปฏิบัติตัวเบื้องต้น 2) รูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตของโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุจากการศึกษาผลการวิจัย พบว่าโครงการส่งเสริมศักยภาพผู้สูงอายุ "โรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุ : วิทยาลัยผู้สูงอายุ" แผนกิจกรรม กิจกรรมภายในโรงเรียน 1.ให้ความรู้ด้านต่างๆ 2.นันทนาการ 3.ฝึกอาชีพ 4.ถ่ายทอดภูมปัญญา 5. ศิลปวัฒนธรรม 6.สมุนไพร ธรรมชาติบำบัดกิจกรรมภายนอกโรงเรียน 1.ศาสนาประเพณี 2. ทัศน ศึกษา 3. อาสาสมัคร บำเพ็ญประโยชน์ 4.เยี่ยมเยียนผู้สูงอายุโดยมี คณะกรรมการดำเนินงาน 5ก กลุ่ม กรรมการ กติกา กิจกรรม กองทุนร่วมคิดจะทำอะไรจึงจะเกิดประโยชน์ต่อผู้สูงอายุร่วมทำทำ เพื่อให้เกิดการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของคนทุกวัยร่วมสร้างสร้างชุมชนที่เป็นสุขด้วยมือของทุกคนเนื้อหา และโครงสร้างของหลักสูตรวิทยาลัยผู้สูงอายุจังหวัดพิจิตร หลักสูตร"วิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ และ เศรษฐกิจชุมชนสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ" - ความจำเป็นในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุในสังคมไทย - การสร้างเสริม สุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุ- การมีบทบาทต่อกิจกรรมทางสังคมของผู้สูงอายุ - การจัดการความเครียดและ อารมณ์- ความมั่นคงแห่งชีวิตและสวัสดิการของผู้สูงอายุ- เศรษฐกิจชุมชนสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ 3) การเสริมสร้างเครือข่ายแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุองค์การบริหารส่วน จังหวัดพิจิตรได้อนุมัติให้จัดทำ "โครงการส่งเสริมศักยภาพผู้สูงอายุ" โดยมีกิจกรรมที่จัดขึ้นผ่านการ จัดตั้ง "วิทยาลัยผู้สูงอายุจังหวัดพิจิตร" ซึ่งเป็นกระบวนการที่เกิดจากการบูรณาการร่วมกันผ่าน หน่วยงานที่ดำเนินงานด้านผู้สูงอายุจังหวัดพิจิตร ประกอบด้วย องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดพิจิตร สำนักงานพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์จังหวัดพิจิตร สำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดพิจิตร และชมรมผู้สูงอายุจังหวัดพิจิตร รวมถึงวิทยาลัยการปกครองท้องถิ่น มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ที่จะเข้า มาสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานในส่วนของการประชาสัมพันธ์และงานด้านวิชาการ
