Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ 1. เพื่อศึกษาแนวคิดและวิธีการปฏิบัติของเครือข่ายพระบัณฑิตอาสาในภาคเหนือ 2. เพื่อศึกษาหลักพุทธธรรมในการปฏิบัติงานของเครือข่ายพระบัณฑิตอาสาในภาคเหนือ 3.เพื่อศึกษาการบูรณาการหลักพุทธธรรมมาใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานของพระบัณฑิตอาสาฯในภาคเหนือเป็นการวิจัยเชิงเอกสาร (Documentary)และการวิจัยแบบเชิงคุณภาพ(Qualitative Research) ที่เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในภาศสนาม โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire)ที่ได้รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (Depth interview) จากเครือข่ายพระบัณฑิตอาสาทั้งหมด 14 อาศรม ที่อยู่ในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ 7 อาศรมและในจังหวัดเชียงราย 7 อาศรม มีผลสรุปดังนี้ แนวคิดและวิธีการปฏิบัติของเครือข่ายพระบัณฑิตอาสาฯในภาคเหนือ พบว่า พระบัณฑิตอาสามีความมุ่งมั่นในการพัฒนาชุมชนโดยยึดนักเรียนและชาวบ้านเป็นศูนย์กลาง,การอาศัยความร่วมมือของคนในชุมชนและหน่วยงานต่างๆ, การเสริมสร้างศรัทธาให้กับคนในชุมชน เช่น มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ, วางตัวเสมอต้นเสมอปลาย, สำรวมสมณะสารูป, มีความจริงใจต่อชาวบ้าน, มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี,การกระทำตามสัจจะ, แต่มีข้อสังเกตว่า พระบัณฑิตอาสายังขาดการ ประเมินผลกิจกรรมเพื่อที่จะนำไปพัฒนาปรับปรุงการปฏิบัติงานในปีต่อไป หลักพุทธธรรมในการปฏิบัติงานของเครือข่ายพระบัณฑิตอาสาฯในภาคเหนือ ได้แก่ พรหมวิหาร 4, สังคหวัตถุ 4, อิทธิบาท 4, ความสามัคคี ,สติ , อริยสัจ 4 , สัปปุริสธรรม 7 ,ทศพิธราชธรรม10 ความเพียรและความอดทน อดกลั้น การบูรณาการหลักธรรมมาใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานของพระบัณฑิตอาสาฯในภาคเหนือพบว่ามีการบูรณาการโดยได้นำหลักพุทธธรรมมาบูรณาการในการใช้ในการปฏิบัติงาน 3 ด้าน คือ 1.ด้านการบริหารตนได้นำหลักธรรม อิทธิบาท 4, พรหมวิหาร 4, สัจจะ , ขันติและสติ นำมาบูรณาการใช้ในการฝึกฝน พัฒนาตนเองให้มีขึ้นในตนเอง ที่ก่อให้ผู้อื่นหรือผู้ร่วมงานเกิดความรัก ความเคารพและความศรัทธาในตัวพระบัณฑิตอาสา 2.ด้านการบริหารคนได้นำหลักธรรม สังคหวัตถุ 4,ทศพิธราชธรรม 10 และความสามัคคี มาบูรณาการในการบริหารงานกับบุคคลต่างๆ เพื่อเป็นเครื่องยึดเหนี่ยวใจและครองใจคนให้เกิดความพร้อมเพียง ปรองดองและร่วมใจกัน อันจะนำไปสู่ความรักสามัคคีในหมู่คณะ ทำให้การปฏิบัติงานประสบความสำร็จตามเป้าหมาย 3.ด้านการบริหารงานได้นำหลักธรรมอริยสัจ 4, สัปปุริสธรรม 7 และอปริหานิยธรรม 7 มาบูรณาการในการบริหารงาน แก้ไขปัญหาในการปฏิบัติงาน และในการบริหารจัดการตามหลักการทำงานที่ก่อให้เกิดความเจริญก้าวหน้าในการทำงาน คำสำคัญะแนวคิด , การปฏิบัติ , พุทธธรรม, การบูรณาการพุทธธรรม

Abstract: This research aims to study; 1. The concepts and operations of the network volunteer graduated monks in the northern region, 2. The Buddhist principles of the network volunteer graduated monks in the northern region, 3. The integration of Buddhist principles and applying to the network volunteer graduated monks in the northern region. The methodology research is documentary and qualitative research which collected data from the field by using the questionnaires and deep interviews from 14 network volunteer graduated monks' hermitages in the northern region by 7 hermitages from Chiang Mai, and oin the Chiang Rai province. The research found that the concepts and operations of the network volunteer graduated monks in the northern region, are committed to community development by focusing students and people as the center, as well as engaging people in community and other organizations being a unity and cultivate more faith to people in the community, such as leadership, consistency, uniformity, sincerity to the villagers, good relationships, honesty. However, it is noted that the network volunteer graduated monks still lacked of the evaluation of activities that need to be improve their performance in the following year. The Buddhist principles of the network volunteer graduate's monks, including Brahmavihara 4 (holy abidings), Saigahavatthu 4 (bases of social solidarity), Iddhipada4 (path of accomplishment), harmony, consciousness, the 4 Noble Truth, Sappurisa- dhammae (qualities of a good man), Rajadhamma 10(virtues or duties of the king; royal virtues), perseverance and patience. The integration of Buddhist's principles into the work of the volunteer monks in the northern region has been integrated by the Buddhist's principles into the user in three areas of operation: Firstly, Self- management was applied by the principle of Iddhipada4, Brahmavihara 4, honesty, perseverance and patience, which brought kindness and faith from others to volunteer graduated monks. Secondly; Human Management was applied by the principles of Saigahavatthu 4, Rajadhamma 10 and harmony to integrate human management in order to cultivate the harmony of the people and move forward to the communities' harmony. This operation caused to accomplish with the goal. Lastly; the job management was applied by the 4 Noble Truth, the Sappurisa-dhamma 7 and the parihaniyadhamma7(conditions of welfare) by integrating in the job management to solve the problems of works and the principle management of works that causes progress in works.
