Abstract: การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง "การส่งเสริมความมั่นคงทางอาชีพของกลุ่มผู้ปลูกพืช (ทุเรียน) ในจังหวัดศรีสะเกษตามแนวพระพุทธศาสนา" นี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาการส่งเสริมความมั่นคงทางอาชีพ (ทุเรียน) ของประชาชนในจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ (2) เพื่อศึกษาการส่งเสริมความมั่นคงทางอาชีพตามหลักพระพุทธศาสนา (3) เพื่อเสนอรูปแบบการส่งเสริมความมั่นคงทางอาชีพของกลุ่มผู้ปลูกพืชสวน (ทุเรียน) ในจังหวัดศรีสะเกษตามแนวพระพุทธศาสนา เป็นงานวิจัยเขิงคุณภาพโดยการศึกษาเอกสารและการสนทนากลุ่ม ผลการศึกษาวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยด้านรายได้และอาชีพเสริมจะทำให้เกิดความมั่นคง จึงต้องมีแนวทางส่งเสริมความมั่นคง เช่น การจัดทำบัญชีครัวเรือน การบริหารหนี้เสีย การเพิ่มเติมความรู้ ช่องทางการผลิตและจัดจำหน่าย และพื้นฐานของตัวเกษตรกรเองที่จะมีความรู้ความสามารถในการบริหารจัดก าร ส่วนการส่งเสริมความมั่นคงทางอาชีพตามแนวพุทธประกอบด้วย 1. หลักการน้อยคล้อยหลักใหญ่ มีหลักการน้อยใหญ่มากมายที่ส่งเสริมสนับสนุนกันและกัน 2. การส่งเสริมมั่นคงตามหลักสุจริตธรรม การซื่อสัตย์ไม่คดโกง ทั้งทางกาย ทางวาจาและทางใจ 3. การส่งเสริมความมั่นคงตามหลักธรรมอิทธิบาท 4 ได้แก่ ฉันทะ จิตตะ วิมังสา รูปแบบการส่งเสริมความมั่นคงทางอาชีพ ประกอบด้วย 10 รูปแบบ ได้แก่ 1) การพัฒนารูปแบบเดิมที่มีอยู่ให้ดี 2) กลุ่มเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกทุเรียนจัดเป็นตลาดนัดทุเรียนหรือตลาดนัดสีเขียว 3) ลดต้นทุนในการดูแลรักษา การผลิต 4) การแปรรูปผลิตภัณฑ์ 5) คุณภาพของทุเรียน 6) การอบรมเพิ่มเติมความรู้อยู่เสมอ 7) การรวมกลุ่มทำสวนทุเรียนแปลงใหญ่ เกษตรอินทรีย์/ผสมผสาน 8) มีแหล่งน้ำพอเพียง 9 การประชาสัมพันธ์ผ่านสื่อและ 10) การท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตร รูปแบบเหล่านี้เกษตรกรสามารถร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานราชการ ผู้นำชุมชน ภาครัฐ และเอกชน ในการดำเนินการได้ เป็นประโยชน์ มีคุณภาพ มีความสุข และพอเพียง

Abstract: Research "The Promoting career stability of a Group of crops (Durian) in Sisaket province According to Buddhism" The purpose of the research is (1) To study the promotion of vocational security (durian) of people in Sisaket province. (2) To study the promotion of vocational security following the Buddhist principles. (3) To propose a model of the promotion of vocational security of the group of people plant horticulture (Durian) in Sisaket Province along Buddhism Is a quality research work by studying documents and group discussions. Research's Results; Income and extra occupation factors will lead to stability. Therefore must have guidelines to promote stability such as the preparation of household accounts, Bad debt management, Knowledge Expansion Production, and distribution channels And the fundamentals of the farmers themselves that are knowledgeable in management as for the promotion of vocational security following Buddhist principles, consisting of 1. Principles of a minor, amenable to large principles many principles support each other. 2. Promoting stability according to the principles of honesty, morality, both physical, verbally and mentally. 3. The promotion of stability according to the Dhamma Dharma 4, namely Chanda viriya Citta Vimamsa. The model of career security promotion consists of 10 forms, which are 1) developing existing ones well 2) farmers growing durian into a durian market or green market 3) reducing the cost of maintenance and production 4) Product processing 5) Quality of durian 6 ) Training to increase knowledge 7) Combination of large-sized durian garden planting Organic/integrated agriculture 8) There is enough water source 9) Media public relations and 10) Agricultural tourism In these forms, farmers can collaborate with government agencies, community leaders, the public and private sectors to carry out the benefits, quality, happiness, and sufficiency.
